I know it's an airport hotel, so overpriced and low-quality is to be expected, but still. I just felt so scammed, and I'm pretty sure I experienced this before but forgot and didn't write a review or anything... so this review more than anything is for my own memory. The attitude of the overworked individual who staffs the place also felt pretty deja vu and disappointing in contrast to the hotel check-in counter.

The tomato soup was outstanding. The bread for the sandwich was dry and uninspired. Dipping it in the soup was the only way to make it edible. The fries were very good. The bartender/server was very pleasant. It's a simple place to eat inside the lobby of the hotel, not a stand-alone restaurant so not much on atmosphere, but for a simple bite to eat, it fit the bill.

Starbucks is here if you're looking for it. That was our main goal. The ambiance was relaxing, comfortable, and clean.

Although this is a small lobby restaurant in the Marriott, don't look past their signature Cherry Old Fashioned - wow! A class A cocktail and a wonderful bartender who made them just right ! Ordered Chimichurri steak and there seems to be a difference of opinion on medium rare (mine was bright red even after sending back) but the service (by same named awesome bartender ) was wonderful and truly made our experience the best - i only wish I would have asked her name for this review ! Within all the small restaurants and hotels in this area, we were pleasantly surprised ! We had a great time.

Quality which can be expected from most hotel dining, except for the fact that they only open at 5 pm. Never had breakfast here, which is from 6am-10am, lunch is not available. If you want to eat earlier than 5pm you have to purchase from their stock next to the check-in counter, mostly microwavable items. For more choices there is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant only 2 blocks over.

We had a $15 voucher from the airline to use at the airport or at the hotel. We ordered way less than the $15 , and the guys at the bistro billed us the full amount - did not credit the amount back to us.Another in our party ordered the cesar salad, and we have reason to believe that because she changed her order from a half to a full salad (hence reducing the amount of enforced 'tip' that we would be involuntarily paying) -- they made the salad so SALTY that she could not eat it. Almost sure it would violate a month's worth of recommended sodium intake.
