The grilled cheese and tomato soup was amazing!
We arrived at our hotel quite late and walked across the road to this little Bistro in the Marriott Courtyard hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly chef Kerri and the attractive choices at reasonable prices. We chose the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup and found a comfortable corner to eat. Both were excellent and Kerri’s friendly demeanour, especially after a long day, made it great.
We invited friends here for our last night in Colorado. Kerri, our pleasant server, waited on us hand and foot even though she was super busy. Our salads were delicious. I asked for a medium rare salmon on my Ceasars salad. They cooked it to perfection. Just to point out, the wine was very pricey at $17.00 a glass. Other than this disappointment we all were very satisfied. Thank you!

The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.® is located inside a hotel lobby, offering a simple dining experience. The tomato soup is outstanding, while the sandwich bread is dry and best dipped in the soup. The fries are very good, and the Cherry Old Fashioned cocktail is a standout. The service from the bartender is excellent, making the experience enjoyable. The Chimichurri steak may vary in doneness, but the overall experience is pleasant. The restaurant opens at 5 pm, with limited breakfast options and microwavable items available earlier. For more choices, there is a Ruby Tuesday nearby.
