We were celebrating a birthday, which the hostess acknowledged but no one else did, disappointing. Not a fan of the menu really, the only filet option is 10oz, which is just too much and no baked potato/sweet potato option for a side. Good portions for the salads. The sliced filet is supposed to come with cipollini onions but there were NONE on my plate. pointed this out to the server, he brought me some in a ramekin. Scallops were good though just slightly undercooked. Dessert was served on a very ugly pate. Who in the kitchen grabbed a white plate that had black scratch marks all over the outer rim and inner rim and thought it was okay to serve anything on it! It was so awful! Why would you put this beautiful dessert on such an ugly plate. That plate should never be used again and someone should have made sure of it! Big miss, Wish I had a picture to show just how bad it was! Not sure about returning, as there are many other better steakhouse options out there. no need to name the competition, you know who they are.

The greatest! Only restaurant in town that I know that the chef will come out and greet you and ask you questions about your meal. Cheers Chef Brent job well done.

I would give 5 stars all around, but I really don't love that no sides are included when one is paying >$50/piece of meat. The food was wonderful, the service perfect and the cocktails delicious, as always!

Had a great meal with my daughter before the theatre. The lamb lollipops with balsamic were delicious, steaks were both cooked to our liking, and an awesome crème brûlée for dessert. I tried the Doli martini and I loved it! Several managers checked on us throughout our meals too. Thanks for a lovely 1st time experience for my daughter at the Capital Grille!

It was our 24 year anniversary.. we had a beautiful experience. It started by being seated at a booth that had heart shaped glitter and a happy anniversary card. The managers both stopped by to congratulate us. The food is always delicious. But it's more than that. The staff including Sean Thomas and the managers created such a special night. We follow Sean to any restaurant he works at and add that to the ambiance and delectable offers of the Capital Grille... WOW!!

Visited Denver from L.A. and this is by far the best meal and experience we have ever had! Customer service was above and beyond for our anniversary and the food was out of this world delicious. We had the fish, scallops and Kona rubbed filet mignon and could not stop raving about it. Best cocktails as well. Wish we had a Capital Grille at home!

Probably just bad luck but we waited nearly an hour for our food and were then overcharged by nearly $200. Staff were lovely and very apologetic but I guess the kitchen messed up.
