The Captain - Tacos and Sushi

Great food

Waited about 40 minutes. The spicy teriyaki bowl had zero spice. The sushi was meh. Expensive for the lack of excitement involved.

They told us it would take 15 minutes to get our food. It took over an hour, was overpriced, and underwhelming.

These guys are the best!! Sushi and tacos! What is better?! I'll tell you. Amazing service, friendly staff, talented chefs. These guys have to be the best food truck in Denver! We hire a food truck for an event every year so we know the food trucks in Denver. These guys are the best! Fabian and Michael cooked food for our car club car show this year and they knocked it out of the park! The food was next level and they were so fast and friendly! It was such a pleasure to deal with them. We will definitely be inviting them back next year. If you need a food truck for your event do not hesitate. Or if you see the captains food truck in the Denver area do your self a favor and try some of their sushi or tacos. You won't regret it!

Honestly, this was one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried. I usually don’t have the best luck with food trucks, but this one completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was top-notch. I 100% recommend it , you won’t be disappointed.

The Captain Tacos and Sushi catered my daughter's graduation party. The tacos were absolutely delicious, and Fabian and his crew were punctual, kind, and first rate. The communications pre- and post-party were responsive and professional and the billing was fair. Highly recommend this food truck for catering and dining!

An interesting match-up of tacos and sushi! Something for everyone.
Loaded fries were excellent, with a nicely spiced beef, cheese, pico and guacamole. Our son thought the Carnitas tacos were well above average! We'll be back.

Absolutely delectable! Would have taken a photo of the Crazy Fries but I was to busy inhaling them. Super friendly staff as well. 10/10 would Recommend!

Based on my order of the $15.00 asada nachos I have to give this place a score that needs improvement. The whole plate was flavorless , meat cold, pico did not taste fresh. As a paying customer you expect a flavorful, fresh, HOT plate. They are nice and all but the food could really use some improvement as far as flavor, freshness and temperature.

I ordered the sushi supreme and it was delicious!

We had the loaded nachos and beef tacos at the craft fair and they were delicious! ?
I’m not from Denver so I’m glad I was able to find some good food made by a nice man!

The captain is the best most fire food I’ve had, Carla and Peter hooked it up at Fritzler farm park!
