This place has a good vibe, but the bartender totally blew it. I ordered a coffee, Cinnamon bun and a burrito. And when I got my bill, it was way more than I expected. I can understand a price change of a dollar or two but not $4.50. The price on the menu said $5.50 for a cinnamon bun, when I got my bill it was $10! Come on guys print some new menus. I’ve been in the restaurant business before and we were never off by almost 100% on pricing. The Burrito I ordered was also incorrectly priced! I know coffee has gone up but $6 for a cup of coffee is a little steep. Especially for a generic brand.
And when I asked him to correct the price, he made a big deal about it. He started to tell me how much it actually cost to make the items. Customers be warned. Check your receipts when paying.
They do print on their menu. “prices subject to change”But I totally get it. Times are tough and they can’t afford print new menus. Ha!!
They do get two stars. Because the cinnamon bun was actually very good. I would’ve had no problem if it was off by a dollar. Or two, but paying almost double from the menu price…that’s ridiculous!

OK first the pros that got them 2 stars: Super friendly service, tons of seating, and they did a really good job with making sure that most seats had a really great view of TVs for major sports events etc. So it was a great environment for watching the World Cup!
Also as someone who lived in Ireland (well Northern Ireland), I get really excited anytime I see curry chips on the menu. The curry was exactly as I remember it being overseas... But this is where the good aspects end
Y'all... My fries, particularly since I waited 20 minutes for them, should not have the taste, texture, and temperature as if they have been sitting in a basket pre-done under a warmer for several hours. Easily the most bland, dry, and stale fries I've ever had. I was starving so I eat them anyways but just... Not good in anyway. I've eaten backpacking food that was better

I came here four times over the course of my grad school program. Every time the bar tenders were acting like they were going out of their way to pour a beer and they take a really long time. They were often out of a few of their beers. The beers were always kinda pricy. Not the best vibe. Also the bathroom was typically kinda dingy. I would get it if the prices on food and drinks were reasonable but I’m not sure what the value of this place is if it’s not the drink, not the service, not the price, and not the overall vibe.

I take my nana here to watch the pony races in the basement and reminisce about the good ol' days. Then I heard upstairs and grab a solid pint and kick back. Excellent place to stop and grab a drink before or after going to the sack.

Lots of missed potential here. The owners are either cheap, or in over their heads. The pints of Guinness aren't good. Things are dirty and literally held together with tape. Probably only brings people in because it's America and there's a TV on every surface. Kitchen has options with Impossible meat, but only vegetarian, not vegan. I don't see much of a reason to come here, especially when there's proper pints just across the street.
