Popped in for a pint this Tuesday while I waited for the bus, and was greeted by the most lovely [live] trad music. The quintet of musicians were absolutely *brilliant*, I haven't heard music that beautiful since the last time I was in Ireland. Great craic, I look forward to returning.
A nice little spot to grab a Guinness. The food was surprisingly ok for a bar. The only thing that's difficult is ordering. You have to order both food and drinks at the bar and no one tells you this and there are no instructions to follow. Basically you have to ask others and help out those that come after.
Service was good but not overly friendly. They are pretty quiet which is unusual for bar staff.

I visit the Celtic a few times a year as I live in Denver. Food and service are both great but what separates the Celtic is the atmosphere of the place .. dark and comfortable - you will feel like you’re looking for a place to sit at a friends party on a Saturday night ! Couches , lounge chairs downstairs … very unique and fun spot !
