Says they open at 5am, the 2 staff members were not friendly and they have not opened the store and it is now 5:13am
I love this place and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Why can’t we have more coffee beans in Colorado?!?!

$9.67 for an plain large Americano (with an airport employee discount). Ridiculous. Walked away
We all know what to expect from airport food, so my expectations aren’t high. I got a drip coffee and a blueberry scone, which came out to $12 after tax (before tip), which felt a little steep but airports. The scone was light and cakey….which are words that shouldn’t be used to describe a scone. Overall, it was the mid food you expect from an airport coffee shop. Service was great!

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Caribou Coffee. I ordered at the counter and clearly asked for oat milk. The cashier didn’t ring it in, and when I got my drink, the barista refused to remake it unless I went back to the counter and repaid the $1.09 oat milk charge. Instead of fixing their mistake, they made me pay again. The customer service was terrible—completely unhelpful and dismissive. If you have a choice, I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Mekdes did a great job! Very fast service and very friendly. She was working the stand by herself, non-stop. Come to C29 to get great coffee.

At den airport around 10-10:30, Wednesday August 13th, waiting to get my coffee, I know the staff is by herself so I didn’t rush her. when she turned away didn’t ask me to wait, I didn’t know if she is still taking order and I asked, she instantly snapped at me yelled at me for asking her and tell me to wait. She also didn’t greet me even when taking order, rudely said “what do you want?” I had to say hi to her first. She also glanced at me the whole time. I came to pay for my coffee I didn’t ask her for a free one, I wasn’t rude to her so I’m not sure what is her problem?! I don’t want her to get fired, I won’t tell her name but the company should hire someone better to work in customer service job! Plus I had a crying baby with me and already were stressed, being treated by this staff made my day more exhausting!

Moving from California to Colorado and sad that only location in Colorado is the Denver Airport. Need to expand out to more places out there.

Whenever I go (I’m a regular), the staff — Wallis, Bri, and Mekdes are always super nice and provide superb customer service. — I’m very picky about the way I like my vanilla latte made, when it comes to sugar, and they always make it just right! It makes me very happy, and the fact that they take time to do it exactly the way I want. I love that my coffee is done perfectly, to my expectations—especially on a long tiring day of working multiple flights. (This is the location at the Denver International Airport, at C28) :)

Best quick coffee shop in the airport by a mile nowadays. The folks there are friendly and they know what they're doing.

The white chocolate mocha was disappointing. Couldn't taste any espresso, even though I added an extra shot. The white chocolate is a powder, and an extra $1 for whipped cream seems rediculous considering the prices are already airport level+.
