In the middle of a long day of traveling and layovers, the coffee bean was exactly what I needed. Hannah was super friendly and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Bri and Puja are very friendly and helpful. My drink here was far better than my local coffee bean location which was surprising in a great way. Thanks

I don't give out one or two or even three stars very often, but today Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has earned it. I know inflation is up but I just paid $16 for a lousy bagel with cream cheese (they charged extra for this!) and a 12 oz decaf. That is absolutely ridiculous and price gouging. There's no way these two items cost THAT much. On top of that, they asked me if I wanted my bagel warmed up, so I said yes. They microwaved it instead of toasting it. What this does is it makes the bagel super chewy. I have jaw issues so my bagel was not very pleasant to eat. The decaf was good. Strong flavor. The gal at the register was nice.

I know what a bagel costs. Einstein's charges around $3.00 for a bagel and they actually make their own. Yours are purchased in plastic bags from a distributor. I saw them being brought in on a cart. A box of 100 single serve cream cheese containers at 1oz each is $70 on Amazon. That's 70 cents. A no frills, drip coffee in most places costs around $3 - $4. Let's say $3.50 for round numbers. By MY math, that's roughly $7.20. Even if you mark that up 1.5 times, that's $10.50. WHERE do you get $16.00 for a plain bagel, a 1oz cream cheese, and a drip coffee? You're robbing people.
