Thoroughly loved the food and the service. We are not a fan of the service charge of 20% which is for all hourly employees and if great, but then there is a request for an additional tip. Since everyone but management is an hourly employee, even if a tip credit is taken for wage and hour purposes with the Department of Labor, the only additional employees we are not tipping are management. I felt guilted into adding an additional tip (not by our server but by how the restaurant presents the issue). I normally tip 20% for good service and might add on for outstanding service, but the way you are presenting this seems manipulative. To be clear this will not stop us from coming back but was not a great way to end the meal.
Best restaurant in Denver right now!! Best meal I've had in a long time, superb service, superb atmosphere, can't wait to go back already craving those short ribs and beat salad.
Amazing Valentine's Day solo dining experience with the kindest and most attentive server.
My friend and I had the standard Valentine's Prix Fixe menu with the added Margarita Pizza. Everything was paired well together. As someone that eats large portions, I was very satisfied with how full I was at the end of the meal.
There were six of us arriving around 9PM. Very busy, lively vibe. Three of us did the Prix fixe choice, all the selections were terrific. The rest of us ordered a variety from the regular dinner menu accompanied by profuse delight. Service was brisk and unubtrusive. Just right. My wife and I have dined here a few other times; the other two couples were new to Greenwich. All of us will be back.
My family dined at The Greenwich for the first time last night, in part informed by the solid reviews, and it did not disappoint. Our servers were attentive and helpful with the menu and wine choices, and the pizzas, salad and meatball appetizer were all yummy. We also had an unfortunate spill due to my son being a dolt, and the staff were quick to clean up and very gracious about the goof. The ambiance was nice, though a bit on the noisier side (perhaps showing my age!). Overall though, it was a very enjoyable and tasty experience.
Beautiful ambiance and food was delicious. Had pizza and tasty starters. Great service. Don't like having to put a credit card down for reservations but it's worth it. Restaurant adds 20% service charge to bill but also has tip line in receipt so just FYI.
I will start by saying the food was amazing and the service was great to start! We spent the day meticulously choosing what our final dinner in Denver would be, and this was the spot that caught our attention the most. We had cocktail reservations at 8, and were looking for a late night spot. Open table showed this spot having a 9:30 reservation opening which was a big factor in our decision making. The host was very accommodating and friendly when we arrived, we were sat by the window while the room was essentially empty and that area was cold. He was more than happy to move us to an area that was more comfortable. Our server was Tanner, he was welcoming and excited about our drink order. When he came to get out dinner order we told him we could order just apps or place the full order, this is when he informed us the kitchen would be closing soon and that would be best. We were surprised by this considering we arrived to our reservation we made through open table early, and had been seated for 10 minutes. When the food came out, it was incredible and we ate more than we should have. There were two other tables there while we neared the end of our meal, and the last left about 20 minutes before we finished. We were as quick as possible, but also not in a rush. At 10:45, an hour and 15 minutes after our open table reservation was confirmed for, we were asked by the bartender who was relaxing with the off duty servers sitting at the bar while he vaped behind it, to leave the establishment. We told him we had just finished paying moments earlier and were just waiting for our uber, which he seemed irritated with, but said that was fine. Overall, in the last 10 minutes of our experience here we felt pressured, unwelcome, and that we were an inconvenience, which we never want to be. I wish this restaurant would amend their reservation window to allow guests to enjoy themselves with adequate time and not be a burden to their staff.
The Greenwich has been one of our long time faves and we are sad to see the owner go but glad it is going to be continuing in Denver! The food is always mind blowing, service impeccable, and the experience always feels very personalized. We will be back!
Great potential, the food was great! They were out of all salads and the bar stools were falling apart.

Jersey Ernie's Meatballs are not to miss as well is the Polenta Ditino. A very well thought out wine list. We finished with a Flight of the House-Made Cellos. (Lemon, Lime and Orange). Very Fun!
Wonderful experience - start to finish. Welcomed friends from out of town and they all raved about the food. Andrew took care of us and did a fantastic job. Will be back!
Average food and really don’t agree with the 20% auto tip.

TL;DR: Rushed service with a strict 90-minute table limit, cold pizza, dessert not offered, automatic 20% gratuity, and no chance to try the lemon, lime, or orange cello. Owners may want to reconsider whether they want a burn-and-turn model or a dining experience that encourages meaningful interaction.
Rushed service ruined what could have been a nice dinner. My partner and I were repeatedly reminded of a strict 90-minute table limit—something not mentioned when we made the reservation. When booking through OpenTable, we noticed there’s a $20 per person hold for cancellations, but no heads-up about being rushed during the meal.
The pasta was excellent, but the Margherita pizza arrived cold with a hard crust. Dessert wasn’t offered; we had to ask for it, and even then the waiter reminded us of the time limit and another reservation waiting. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill, making the impersonal service even more frustrating.
We were excited to try the lemon, lime, or orange cello as a palate cleanser, but never got the chance. The owners and chef may want to re-evaluate what type of culture they are trying to establish—burn-and-turn, or meaningful interaction?
