Thoroughly loved the food and the service. We are not a fan of the service charge of 20% which is for all hourly employees and if great, but then there is a request for an additional tip. Since everyone but management is an hourly employee, even if a tip credit is taken for wage and hour purposes with the Department of Labor, the only additional employees we are not tipping are management. Best restaurant in Denver right now!! Best meal I've had in a long time, superb service,  superb atmosphere,  can't wait to go back already craving those short ribs and beat salad.
My friend and I had the standard Valentine's Prix Fixe menu with the added Margarita Pizza. Everything was paired well together. As someone that eats large portions, I was very satisfied with how full I was at the end of the meal.
