Server was kind and attentive, food was all kind of a tasteless blur, in my mind.

Food was tasteless and in extremely small portions. A 1/2 cup of watery tasteless broth with a few lumps of overcooked vegetables and a few croutons was the “Tuscan Kale Soup”. I don’t know what was “Tuscan” about this. I don’t think I have ever had anything so bad in a restaurant! And for $17 - what a rip off. My friend and I both went away hungry.

I had high expectations for The Ponti, but unfortunately, our experience was tainted by an unwelcoming encounter at the host stand. When requesting a table for four, the gentleman assisting us—who appeared to be a manager—was shockingly dismissive. His response was an exasperated “ugh, you can try,” followed by body language for us to exit.

A restaurant’s atmosphere isn’t just defined by its design or menu but also by the hospitality extended to guests. While I can understand busy timings or limited availability, a simple courteous response would have made all the difference. Instead, we were met with aloofness and condescension that left us feeling unwelcome.

We ultimately chose to dine elsewhere, where our business was valued. I hope The Ponti takes this as constructive feedback—service matters just as much as the food, and no guest should feel like an inconvenience.

The space is nice. I'm underwhelmed by the portions. I added shrimp to the pad thai for an additional $9. I was presented with about 1oz (or less) of shrimp on the already small portion of pad Thai. That's the equivalent of paying $144/LB of shrimp. Service was good and you're paying for the convenience & ambiance, which is the only reason I'm granting 3 stars to an otherwise disappointing experience.

Kid-friendliness: No, this is a quiet setting for wine and dinner.

Pretty bad place. I had the hamburger that didn’t taste like meat and was close to completely tasteless. The wine that they served to me wasn’t even close to a normal amount of wine for $15 that was recommended by our waiter, also boring and closer to rubbing alcohol than wine. Both people that served us were sketchy and weird, watch out for the tall older guy and the short bald guy with a goatee. Zero class, both of them.

You can drop way too much money here for something you can get better at chilis… Save your money. On the flip side, the hotel staff were beyond amazing as well as the hostess.

Very disappointed with menu selection, food quality, and service. I had a hamburger, which I kept wondering if what I was eating was indeed beef. Weird texture and tasteless. I prayed not to get sick afterwards. My friend had the lobster with chips. The chips were so salty that she couldn't eat them, ending up sharing my fries. The lobster was bland, no flavor whatsoever. The prices are out of the roof, and the server was very discourteous, asking us to leave after half an hour, claiming they were very busy and with upcoming reservations. Really bad experience. Do NOT recommend.

The tempeh Reuben was decent. Wasn’t the best Rueben I’ve had and the service wasn’t all that great. The bartender wasn’t the best at showing hospitality or being courteous. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really hungry and don’t have any other restaurants in mind

Nice stop on a moderately warm day in September. Sat outside as it is shaded and there was a nice breeze. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Nice stop before going to the Denver Museum of Art.

Very overpriced for what we got. The food was also cold, the sandwich(tempeh Reuben) was not only cold but soaked in butter. The crème brûlée tasted like it came right out of the refrigerator. The blended burger had a very strange/off taste. My bf thought it was tolerable but I wouldn't have been able to eat it. The only thing good about gods experience was the service and the coffee. Sorry, thumbs down.

It's a nice place and the patio was lovely today. Our waitress was very good. The food is good but not outstanding. Especially for the high prices. My Chenin blanc glass of wine was good. From S Africa.

A wonderful sense of upscale comfortable Rice with chicken was a little salty, but chicken was moist and delicious. Others in my party: steak was perfect, scallops was a deliciously creative mixture with peaches.

We stopped by this restaurant last night since it's very close to our house. We're surprised that to be a Friday night, it was almost empty, only 2 ladies in the bar. The waiter didn't greet us. Her first question was, "Do you have a reservation?" I said, "No, do we need a reservation?" I was ready to walk out, but my husband insisted on staying.
The food was delicious, I also asked for a glass of Malbec, and my husband asked an IPA beer. The atmosphere was great, so quiet for a summer Friday night.

Not a single vegan option. They put cheese in the Tempeh Ruben. Why? For who? It’s like battering tofu in buttermilk. There are so many dishes that could be vegan, but the chef manages to needlessly insert dairy into literally every veggie dish on the menu. Lack of plant protein sources. Boring wines and pedestrian beers, as well. Get a clue and join the 21st century. Denver isn’t the same dumpy cow town it was 30 years ago, so let’s start acting like it.
