What an outstanding experience it is for the tasting menu, we devoured every succulent mouthful! Incredible flavors, we loved every course, we enjoyed so many creative cocktails, and mocktails, hot toddies, a gastronomic feast for your taste buds! Of course the service was just as outstanding! The dessert was orgasmically good! As a lifelong white wine drinker, I enjoyed the best glass of white wine ever thank you, Sam, for introducing a new variety grape I just love
The Regular is perfect for a party. The layout couldn’t be better, it’s spacious but intimate. Parking is easy. And the food, fantastic. Must try!

This is a great team to work with. The sound system is also particularly awesome.

Old review I forgot to post:
My husband and I came to The Regular for our anniversary. We had a really odd start to our dinner, we were sat by a couple that decided it was normal behavior to take a photo of my husband and share it via text to each other and gawk at him, mind you he has a skullet, so I can understand finding it interesting if you are a boring normie. It was very odd to look over and see my husband on their phone. I let my waiter Cam know and was asked to be moved to a different table, and he was so lovely as was the hostess that sat us and we were relocated. After we moved and got over the shock of these disgusting people, we ordered cocktails, my fav was Symmetrical Lines def would recommend. We also ordered the mussels, the scallops, a lobster/scallop skewer, gnocchi, ceviche, mushrooms and the grilled corn. My fav was the mussels! The ceviche was too spicy for me and I usually enjoy spice. The mushrooms were a little bland. The scallops, grilled corn and gnocchi were ok. Our server Cam really was excellent and made our trip here, he offered us a dessert (the sphere) for our anniversary that was delicious and some port on him to make up for the beginning of our eve. The ambiance is nice. Overall it was an ok experience.
Needless to say it was the weirdest anniversary dinner we've ever had seeing as we saw how depraved humans can be on a night we just wanted to enjoy and celebrate ourselves. No fault of the restaurant though obviously.
Ambiance, service, menu & food were excellent! Love the concept of inviting up and coming guest chefs for an evening! Also they have a beautiful large group semi-private area that we'll try at some point.
If you're looking for a private dining space for 25-40 people, I doubt you will find a better space than The Regular. I visited numerous spaces in Denver (Guard & Grace, Barolo Grill, Limelight Hotel, Hop Alley, Linger, Coohills, Corinne, The Kitchen, Ophelia's, etc.) and this was leagues above all of them. The space is so luxe, with an absolutely stunning bar and intimate dining space. Especially for the price (wholly in line with what most hotels were offering), what we received was much more than what other spaces were offering. For a reasonable per person price, we had use of their entire beautiful space for 3.5 hours, dedicated bartenders, separate cocktail hour area and dining area, passed appetizers, and seated dinner with 3 entrees, 2 sides, and dessert.
The food was delicious. The oysters were lights out and I highly recommend adding them to your menu. The chefs are easily able to cater for any dietary restrictions and can make special one off plates for those who are vegetarian, gluten free, allergic to nuts, lactose intolerant, etc.
Once there, we really didn't have to worry about anything. The manager, Bri, was supremely helpful and was clearly concerned about making sure our event went smoothly. Overall, it was a great evening and we'd definitely consider the space for another event.
Chef Manny Barella's food was outstanding, and while I don't want to take away from the exceptional main dishes, the habanero butter with citrus zest was truly beyond amazing—I could have eaten that alone. We appreciated the Chef coming out to speak with us, as the service was disappointing. Despite having a menu nearby, servers didn't explain the dishes and often ignored us, forcing us to flag them down for drinks. We'll definitely be following Chef Manny Barella's journey in Denver.
This is the most beautiful, intimate dining space in Denver. Every detail is covered when you are at The Regular. Incredible food and hospitality. The Chef Dinner series is a must try !
Such a unique and delicious dining experience! My fiancé took me here for my birthday, and most dishes we tried were phenomenal.
The staff went above and beyond to make the night special—they surprised me with a thoughtful birthday card, a tiny vase of flowers, a complimentary round of drinks, and dessert! Such a sweet and personal touch.
The atmosphere was trendy, moody, and effortlessly cool, making it the perfect spot for a celebratory night out. I loved my experience here and can’t wait to come back!
Expensive for what you get, spent $300 and wasn't full, food was tasty but $30 for 5 oysters is insane

If a restaurant only has the option of prefix for $95 a person, not including drinks, they need to make that very clear when booking tables. We would have never paid $200 before drinks and tips and never booked this restaurant if we had known it was a prefix menu. Prefix is the laziest and most rip off thing a restaurant can do. Also, last I checked, Valentine's Day is one day a year. Not a whole weekend. So saying on your website you have a valentine's prefix menu doesn't imply that that menu extends to the 15th. More than disappointed and we walked out. Plus, when we called and asked where to park they suggested the $30 lot above them. Which charged us $30 when we left 15 minutes later because they only allow a 10 minute grace period. Although the 10 minutes was still marked as $10 on their sign.
Way over priced. Paid over 300$ for a three course meal and two drinks. The first course was six oysters, the second course was three singular scallops, and the final course was a mini chocolate dome. Took over three hours for the whole experience and only got checked up on twice throughout the whole time we were there. The ambiance was nice but not worth what we paid given the service and amount of food/drink.
The food on the fixed 5 course menu for Valentine's Day was absolutely amazing. Very well done. We had a nice bottle of White Rioja and it paired nicely. Craft cocktails were also excellent. Service was probably the only thing that needs improvement. New wait staff weren't familiar with courses, and the timing was a bit off. Still super friendly!
For the price we paid I would expect more food. There were three options tonight, which was not communicated in the reservation. We were expecting to walk in for Happy Hour and instead had to choose between a $99 meal, a $125 meal, or ala carte add ons. We decided to splurge since we were there anyways and got the 5-course meal. We observed the portion sizes of the 3-course meal and realized we had made a mistake. The first course was two bites. The second: 4. The third: 2. The main course was mostly potatoes. The dessert was the only portion remotely close to what I'd expect. We paid $28 for the duck add on and got two small strips. $28 dollars is the price of an entree! The food was good, but it was hard to leave happy when we paid far more than we expected and left hungry.
Excellent! The food and attention to every detail make this place exceptional for a special occasion or just when you want to treat yourself! Highly, highly recommend!
