Lucky enough to have dined here multiple times a year since 2019.
Every meal gets better, and the vibe inside post Michelin was the same as when we wore masks from entry to our table.
In the spring 2024, the entire staff made it a point to inform us of how many times we had dined at The Wolf’s Tailor- it immediately harkened memories of witnessing a strangers proposal during Covid; learning of our best friends news they’ll be parents; and all the laughter surrounded by great food, drink and company.
The Wolf’s Tailor, and its entire restaurant group, does an outstanding job from reservation to the final bill.

This was a really amazing and interesting experience. The food was really interesting and quite good overall. I will say the duck liver fat ice cream was one of the worst things I’ve ever put in my mouth. It was truly the weirdest combination of flavor, texture, and temperature and being the last dish almost ruined the entire experience. Luckily the six other courses were really good. The Vietnamese curry duck was phenomenal and exactly what you’d want from a very expensive culinary experience. I am not a person that when I spend money I want it to be worth it. This was definitely amazing once in a lifetime experience and the entire tasting menu and staff were really great. Some of the dishes were definitely lacking texture and were too mushy/wet and needed more crunch. The meat and poultry were prepared delicately and very thoughtfully. The bread and herb butter may have been some of the best I’ve ever had. The seven courses were a bit more in the acidic side, assuming due to the summer season, which did make it more difficult to digest as someone with acid reflux. All of the staff were very sweet and nice. The sommelier was a bit uncomfortable but it could be due to being a new hire, or just a kind of awkward guy. Otherwise the staff were really nice and welcoming. Overall this was an excellent place. I enjoyed the more laid back but classy Colorado atmosphere which definitely felt more homey than some other high end restaurants I’ve been to, where you’ll never go back because the atmosphere is unbearable. Would definitely come back for a celebration or to try another season of food. Would definitely recommend.

This place is truly special. Our entire experience was literally perfect. My wife enjoyed a few drinks off of the menu and I went for the wine pairing. The wine pairing included many styles I’ve never tried, so it was great going in completely blind with expectations for mostly everything that was poured.
The staff gets a HUGE amount of praise. We literally had about 6 people rotating throughout service, all of them were informative and delightful. And as an added special touch they had a birthday card for my wife that was signed by a bunch of staff members.
We sat outside in the garden area and it was magical. This place is meticulous with their garden and seating area. We loved how intimate the area felt and admired the combination of working gardens with the decor. I definitely found myself inspired to rethink what a garden area can look like.
The food was spectacular! Michelin needs to continue awarding stars to The Wolf’s Tailor, it’s truly incredible. We especially liked not knowing the menu so we could really focus on enjoying the moment of each dish. At the end we were given a menu to take home, which was a nice surprise because we kept trying to remember the various dishes and what stood out to us, so having the menu at the end was great.

Updated to add that after my third visit this is my favorite restaurant in Denver! The bites are fabulous, the master sommelier is top notch and the best feature of the dinner experience! I've never tasted an oyster like the one featured in my most recent dinner. They've worked to bring humor to the dishes in a full presentation. The view of the kitchen from our table offered us a front seat to all the action! They accommodated a dariy allergy without issue.
Sit in the tent in the back! Reservation required, prix fixe and oh so worth it. You won't regret giving this hidden gem a shot. A must do in Denver.

The first four courses were phenomenal. Some dishes didn’t wow me as much as others but overall was very happy with the price for quality. I’d definitely come again when I’m back in town

This was my first experience dining at a Michelin star restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food was phenomenal and so was the service. My partner had the regular tasting menu and they were able to accommodate with the vegetarian tasting menu for me. We haven’t stopped talking about how great it was and how much we’d like to return in the future.
Vegetarian options: There is an entire vegetarian tasting menu. I gave plenty of notice (both at the time of reservation and 72 hours prior). I think I could argue my dessert was even better than the regular menu!

Great food and left full. Sometimes that is difficult with small plate restaurants like this but it was a perfect amount of food. The restaurant, staff and food were amazing. Definitely recommend this for a night out.

My husband took me here for my birthday and we had such a special experience! During the winter, we were able to sit in one of the tents outside and it was SO dreamy!
The food and wine pairing were lovely and we enjoyed every bite. One of my favorite bites was the wagyu tartlette that was served in the first course.
10/10 incredible experience, worth the price and the wait

Exquisite Dining Experience at Wolf Tailor celebrating my girlfriend's birthday it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nestled in a private cozy tent, the evening exuded intimacy and charm, setting the perfect stage for a memorable occasion.
The service was impeccable, characterized by attentiveness and genuine warmth. Our server guided us through the menu with expert attention to detail. They ensured that every detail of our dining experience was meticulously taken care of, from the timing of courses to ensuring our glasses were always filled.
Now, onto the food—an absolute masterpiece. Each dish showcased innovative combinations of flavors and impeccable presentation. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, every bite was a culinary adventure. Standout dish was the perfectly seared scallops. The chef's dedication to sourcing high-quality ingredients and their skillful execution shone through in every aspect of the meal.
The ambiance within the tent added an extra layer of exclusivity and coziness. It felt like a secluded haven where we could savor our meal without distraction, enhancing the overall dining experience.
