Really enjoyed our dinner. The experience lived up to the hype. Lots of flavors and great service without being pretentious. Great place for that special experience.

This place is always the coolest experience!!Vegetarian options: They can adjust the entire meal for dietary needs and allergens. They do require advance notice of dietary restrictions.

This place is fantastic. We stopped by for drinks later in the evening, knowing that it may not be possible since we didn’t have a reservation. But they took us right over to a nice spot in the restaurant and welcome us graciously. Insanely nice atmosphere and the friendliest, attentive service. We tried some of their delicious bread as a late snack—all I can is perfection. The drinks were unique and delicious as well. Very elevated experience without an ounce of pretension. We’ll be coming back for dinner.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We were there for nearly 3 hours. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. It’s very expensive but the food is phenomenal. Each course was unique and amazing. It was well worth it. We highly recommend.

Amazing. Best fine dining in Denver. I will be remembering this food for a long time.

Service and ambiance were incredible, however this was the worst and most expensive meal I’ve ever had in my life. My family and I are huge foodies and couldn’t wait to try this place! Boy were we in for a surprise, and not exactly a good one…I couldn’t down half of the food they served. It’s like we were on an episode of Punk’d! Please DO NOT serve whatever the heck that panna cotta and sea urchin foam dish was?!?! What the heck were the chefs thinking?!?! I’ve never had a chum bucket before but I’m sure it tastes similar! Smelled and looked the part…want to gag just thinking about it. Super disappointed with the entire experience and spent over $2,400 for a family of 5 to eat here. I suppose the only thing I gained out of the entire experience is telling people how incredibly AWFUL it was. Can’t help but laugh about it at this point. How this place earned Michelin stars befuddles me. Do yourself a favor and eat ANYWHERE else!

Overall a wonderful, well-paced meal showing off a wide variety of techniques with local and non-local ingredients. Great staff and a relaxing atmosphere make a 2hr45m dinner experience feel perfectly paced.---I arrived delayed due to incoming flights to Denver, but had confirmed with the restaurant staff while en route that there would be no issues. Still I was a bit frazzled coming in, and the staff seating us made reassured we wouldn't miss anything or be rushed.I chose the fermented drink pairing while my wife did the nonalcoholic drinks, and as has been my experience at most fine dining restaurants recently the nonalcoholic options offered richer and more interesting depth of flavor for most course pairings. Each course was well portioned, with a good flavor progression from the small bites into the fermentation course. I loved the sourdough especially here, and even the least standout here (the radish in Kimchi style) was tasty. The three mains (scallop, dumpling, and quail) for our menu were all exceptional, and while dessert didn't surpass these dishes, I didn't want it to and was happy with a wind down to close the night.I honestly enjoyed the winter menu greatly, and I hope their future seasonal selections meet or exceed my experience, because I'd love to return and be captivated all over again.Dietary restrictions: A member of my party was mostly dairy-free and the staff clarified which elements were alright beforehand (butter was ok for them, not creams or milk). Each course that had a non-dairy alternative was at the same caliber as the normal tasting menu and was delightful. While they weren't mentioned on the menu at the end, they were still fantastic.

Service and Atmosphere were amazing, I’ve been up since 4am vomiting, and my family stomach’s is all in knots since dinner. The food was OK, we’ve done numerous Michelin star, pre-fixed menus, but this just wasn’t good. Not at all worth the money, especially with the added stomach aches.

If you want a dinner experience from a Michelin star restaurant in Denver, then go to the Wolf's Tailor. It was a great experience. Service was on point. Each course was unique and tasted great. The wine pairings went perfectly with each course.

The whole experience was superb. Looking forward to the next menu change to come again… I wanted tu bring home some macaroons and bread. The only thing was (we went during the extreme polar weather weekend) if you seat right across from the back door you might feel a cold breeze every time someone comes in or leaves. Everyone working there, serving, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly (not overly explained).
