This was a really amazing and interesting experience. The food was really interesting and quite good overall. I will say the duck liver fat ice cream was one of the worst things I’ve ever put in my mouth. It was truly the weirdest combination of flavor, texture, and temperature and being the last dish almost ruined the entire experience. Luckily the six other courses were really good. This place is truly special. Our entire experience was literally perfect. My wife enjoyed a few drinks off of the menu and I went for the wine pairing. The wine pairing included many styles I’ve never tried, so it was great going in completely blind with expectations for mostly everything that was poured.
