Fabulous views, great food, amazing ambience. Like most things these days expensive but a worth the splurge!
Had an amazing time! The guava Negroni was unique and absolutely delicious. Every dish we had was plated and presented beautifully and full of flavor. Smashed avocado & esquites were stand out dishes for my group. The ambiance was 10/10 beautifully designed dining room and views of the city to die for. Highly recommend.
Phenomenal service from Trenton! His knowledge of the menu was superb and helped guide our dining journey! The food, ambiance and view of the city were unmatched. Can't wait to go back!
Went a couple months after their grand opening. Service was a little slow to start and then impeccable. Enjoyed the red sangria, a couple apps and the carne asada. Don't recommend the empanada. Too much hard boiled egg.
Cimera has a lovely view of the Denver metro area providing the perfect setting for their delicious food offerings. The staff is very attentive making the experience memorable.
Beautiful space with warm and friendly atmosphere. The Food is bursting with wonderful flavors and the service was spot on. Highly recommend it.
Unfortunately, though the presentation of the food was beautiful, the food, drink, and service were not. We spent about $180 (with tip) and left feeling really disappointed with the overall experience. If the food had been decent, I could've overlooked the service, but unfortunately, both missed the mark. Service was very slow. We arrived around 7 p.m. and didn't leave until after 9:30, and not because we were lingering. There were long gaps between each course, and by the time dishes came out, most were lukewarm. I'm not sure if the issue was the kitchen, our server, or a mix of both, but it definitely affected the meal. The food itself was also underwhelming. The papa relleno was the best thing we had but even that was only lukewarm. The ceviche didn't taste fresh, the pork belly skewer was oddly smoky and chewy, and the steak, though presented beautifully, was so tough I couldn't finish it. Drinks were okay but watered down (possibly from sitting too long). They were simple - which can be great when done well - but there wasn't anything memorable about them. I had really high hopes for this spot, but the experience was a letdown overall. Even setting aside the slow service, the food just wasn't good. I'm honestly confused by all the amazing reviews because they don't reflect the experience we had at all. I honestly feel bad writing this, but I think the restaurant needs to know that the food just isn't good right now, hopefully they can make some improvements.
Food was OK. Service was OK. The only thing going for them is the beautiful views and delicious cocktails. Super disappointed.
Our dining experience was outstanding. The ambiance was lovely, the service was attentive and caring and the food was outstanding. We can't wait to return to explore more of the interesting menu. The pan-Latin dishes were creative and perfectly prepared. This restaurant is a major addition to the Denver dining scene.
Amazing new place! Everything from the food to the service was beyond! The ambiance was lovely, as well. Excited to dine here again soon!

Really enjoyed a new type of cuisine (for us) in a fantastic place with an equally fantastic staff. We loved the pork shank, the beef and pork belly skewers, but the surprise was the papa rellena, a whole different take on a baked potato. We will be back soon to try the other dishes.
We had an incredible family dinner at Cimera. We started with the octopus carpaccio, ceviche, and steak tartare — all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The whole roasted bass and carne asada were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Our server Paige was outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and spot-on with her recommendations. The hibiscus margarita was gorgeous and refreshing, and the sunset views of the mountains and city from the rooftop made the evening unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!
Where closing next day had no food left but don't tell you until seated. Call to move reservation back and no one answer multiple times.
Staffing was a bit challenging as there was only one server available ( at least from what I observed).
While enjoying the beautiful Arts District in Denver, we stumbled upon The Woods, a gem located on the 8th floor inside The Source. The panoramic views of the city and the majestic mountains are truly breathtaking. We enjoyed the good food, though the service was a little slow. It seemed they were short-staffed with only one server managing a busy crowd, including a birthday and a wedding celebration.
