Where closing next day had no food left but don't tell you until seated. Call to move reservation back and no one answer multiple times.

Staffing was a bit challenging as there was only one server available ( at least from what I observed).

The views are great. Service decent. A little more variety would help. Maybe some chilli, more than 1 soup choice a pork chop fish would all round out the menu nicely.

Maddi was THE GREATEST ever! Incredibly attentive, amazing at her job, gave us space when needed!!!!

Great atmosphere and great drinks! Could add more array of appetizers place is more of a drinks and sharing apps atmosphere as opposed to sit down dinner. Great staff and views!

Gorgeous venue! I was super late for my reservation but my 2 friends were on time. Service was a bit slow and I missed out on the Burrata Salad while waiting for our server to check in. She also took a cocktail before I was totally finished. It's early in the season and I will come back to check it out again.

Despite the restaurant being practically empty for the duration of our visit, the person seating us (blue denim shirt) insisted on giving us a 2 top table in a traffic pattern next to a large and boisterous group. We asked to be seated at one of at least 10 other open tables, but were denied. The same person loudly rearranged furniture next to our table during our meal. Ordered Pasta Primavera and the served dish did not match the menu explanation. Plusses: Our server was stellar and super friendly. The views are amazing and might be enough to justify a return visit in case this was just an off night for the hosting staff.

Booked for restaurant week and they were out of their menu. Didn't notify us until we got there. The restaurant is on the 8th floor and there isn't much signage that points towards it. The food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, but the prices were all over the board. Some stuff was very reasonably priced, while others were OUTRAGEOUS. Staff was polite but curt. I chalk that one up to being hammered by restaurant week and supposedly staffed with a skeleton crew. So while their attitude was at least understandable, it wasn't pleasant. However table service was great. Their drink menu was something straight out of a California Hipster's dream; just a lot of overpriced bizarre drinks. This is a restaurant I'd ordered to go or on ubereats but I will not return again.

I went to The Woods for restaurant week. They did seem fairly busy and maybe a little short staffed but I think we waiting at the host stand for a solid 10 minutes before anyone even approached us to be seated. Honestly everything else was pretty good except an issue with my meal. I ordered beef tenderloin and it arrived very very rare :( the waiter had state they only cook to one temperature for restaurant week (it was not specified on the menu). He was kind enough to take it back but I expected they would send a new dish out but the same plate arrived and it was more cooked. I don't think they are supposed to be recooking any sort of plate after it's hit the table for sanitary reasons so this was a bit concerning. Probably would not dine here again, who knows what kind of germs I'm getting from other people who have had issues with their plates as well. 😬

Great Facilities once you discover how get into the restaurant. It is in the 8th floor of the hotel. There is not sign, neither in the parking Other guests saw us lost so they indicated how get into to the woods

Other than almost being forgotten about and the server noticing us with no drinks after almost 20 mins. The area is really nice with a downtown back drop you can't go wrong

The dining room was quiet. The food was great. It's a good place to enjoy a nice scenic view of the city without breaking the bank.

Great views, the food was below average and the service was not great. We went in with some family who was visiting and had dietary restrictions. The server told us that brunch at the woods wasn’t really for vegans and they couldn’t be flexible with most of the existing dishes. So we had a tough time accommodating everyone. Probably would not go back.
