The food was a 10/10. Drinks(alcohol) was 10/10. You can not go wrong by stoping by for drinks and/or food!!!!!

My husband and I came to town for the Hawks vs Nuggets game New Year's Day. We looked up a few places to hang out at & dine before the game, therefore we decided on Thirsty Lion. We had a reservation, but ended up opting for the bar. Had we known the bar service would be so poor, we would have stayed with our reservation for a table. Our server to begin with initially got us started with our drinks & happy hour menu. After that, her service went downhill. A bit after our appetizer order was placed, she dropped the “ninja dust”, and began to clean at the other end of the bar. A couple other servers came on shift, and they “slightly” made themselves available to us & other patrons. It seemed as though none of them could multitask or even greet the patrons as to who was really taking care of who. Bar top was not wiped as people left & new people arrived. There was a wine spot where we were sitting and I didn’t even have wine. I will attach a photo. Just about everything we had we had to flag down and ask for. The best part of our visit was the food. Quality & presentation was good! The kitchen must be doing something right! Lastly, the women’s bathroom was not tended to very well & was not in full running condition. Two stalls did not flush properly, & the other two stalls were out of toilet paper. I did come out and let one of the servers know. Next time we’re visiting Denver, unfortunately we will not revisit this location.

Food was great! Found it online with TikTok lol. I’m glad the app didn’t let us down. I’m full and sleepy. I wish the drinks they had made more tequila options . The pear Martini I had a was different but tasty. Also had the spicy chicken that was HUGE. It was so good and the fries were fresh. The appetizers had too were amazing. Brussels Sprouts and spinach dip combo was exactly. Out waitress Sophia was awesome.
This has become our go-to neighborhood place. Good food. Friendly staff. And today a big shoutout to Anastasia for making a hard day much better. We really appreciate her service.

This place is always good. It gets better when the service is above expectations. Whitney opened up with humor and engagement. I told my friend that it was gonna be a good dinner and I was right. She was timely, offered great recommendations, and enhanced the meal. It is rare to get service like this. Reassure hope for the holidays! Thanks Whitney, hope we get your service again!
