What can I say, three dogs is my home away from home! Their staff treat their patrons with respect and care, and they always provide excellent service. Tony is the absolute man, he truly makes you feel like part of the family no matter how often you go. Hands down, my favorite bar on the west side. Josh, Chelsea, Steph, Kristina, they all rule!

Can I just say… I’m also an industry bartender and I have been a regular here for years. It used to be so quiet. This location now… WOW. They have come so far and brought in so much business that me as a patron, I feel overwhelmed (only because I’m used to being on the other side of the bar with a crowd lol). This staff is amazing. I watch them perform seamlessly together in a volume that is crazy and I never feel unseen or unwelcome. I highly recommend this bar to everyone. It might be packed, it might be loud but that’s because there are so many people that just want to share the night with you. Thank you to all you amazing bartenders, door staff, and cooks for making me want to always come here first.

Contrary to its name, Three Dogs tavern is not dog friendly. I don’t even have a dog, I just think it’s worth noting. Otherwise a great establishment.

Staff incredibly rude. Say they are a dog bar but not accommodating. Yelled at multiple people in my group while we were simply sitting at a table outside. Food not good.

Three Dogs is an awesome bar located in the quiet and mostly calm Highlands area. I have stumbled in here quite a few times when all the other bars in the area close at 11PM or midnight since Three Dogs closes at 2AM like most bars downtown. Thank you guys for that!

They have a decent selection of draft beers that seem to rotate every so often. Prices are also reasonable and are what you would expect from a sports bar.

There is a bunch of TVs inside that show the various Football games going on with the Broncos one being on the main one at the bar. No matter what team you side with, they should have at least a TV showing their game.

Had the best experience at Three Dogs Tavern! I was in Denver for a few days looking for the right place to watch the football game! Three Dogs Tavern is the place to go on gameday! They have multiple large TV's hanging everywhere so you can watch multiple games at once, and the best and friendliest staff I encountered while in Denver! If your looking to have a great gameday experience go meet their staff, Christina, Chelsie, Steph, Tony, Josh, Jes and LJ will not let you down! This neighborhood pub is one that you will not forget! Sending love from a Floridan!

Christina was absolutely incredible—super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience unforgettable! The rest of the staff was just as amazing—welcoming, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their merch was totally on point—great quality and style. I even won a raffle and scored some awesome swag! The customer service was flawless from start to finish. Honestly, the whole vibe was top-notch—can’t wait to go back!

Great neighborhood bar open and serving food late. Green chili was good and thick. Nachos were some of the best bar nachos I've had in recent memory, didn't even need to add a protein

Three Dogs Tavern is the dive bar I always wanted in my neighborhood. It's well maintained, has billiards and other games, good wings, great fries, quick service, and a packed house for NFL games. It's in a walkable area (street parking). Never had problems with staff, unruly guests, drinks or food. A solid place that can easily feel like home for us rural folk living the city life.

I have been a local customer of three dogs for over 3-years now. Tonight was quite possibly the worst experience.. I am a big fan of this bar, but tonight the atmosphere was bad and the staff went over the top with extreme rudeness and disrespect. One in particular… So now let’s start with the story… We were doing the usually Thursday pool night at three dogs. My group of 4-8 people had put quarters on the pool table while two people were playing. The game between the two had gone on for well over 40 minutes (context: after every shot they would talk for 5-10 minutes and stand around the table) When we brought this up to the people playing we were met with disrespect and the utmost rudeness. When asked if they could play faster the response was NO, followed later by middle fingers and more unsportsmanlike attitude. One person in our group was flipped off. At this point we were not the only ones waiting to play pool. Once we asked them to play faster the hostility rose and coincidentally one of the ladies was dating the bartender (larger guy with beard) at 3 dogs.

At this point we thought it would be wise to mention the situation to an employee. Without listening to reason, the bartender (dating or friends of the girls) told us all that it was completely normal for 2 people to play a game of pool for over 40 minutes… this is a billiards pool bar… complete and total lie. even though 3 separate groups of people at this point had money on the table waiting to play, the bartender (bigger guy with beard) was hostile and not respectful of our concerns. Instead of hearing out our thoughts, immediately went on an inappropriate defense of his girlfriend or friends.

Unfortunately, I have to say if you want to come to three dogs I hope you know the bartender or other staff personally. If not, best of luck to you. What a let down.
