I oftentimes fall asleep and dream of the Hefeweizen they have on tap. All of the bartenders are attentive and friendly. Food is great and affordable. But this Walmart brand post Malone really gets me going more than anything else.

0/10 would not recommend… I went here before a Nuggets game for food and a beer. I never received my burger after 40 minutes and the Walmart brand post Malone bartender that took my order “fake” apologized told me he’d cancel the charge, proceeded to take my card to run it and then tell me it was canceled. But the charge still went through, definitely won’t ever go here again. Friend said his food was mid at best too
The Tivioli is a great brewery! The beer is really delicious and taste great! I really appreciate their fair prices! It's so awesome to know that the students are making the beer and learning! I attended Metro with my undergrad. I still enjoy beer with the alumni association! The beer is top notch!

This place was absolutely incredible. The hostess/ waitress Cameron was absolutely beautiful in her generous attitude and overall demeanor. She made my first time there outstanding. The food, words would not do it justice. You will have to go find out. Highly recommend this little place.

Burgers were small (4 inch instead of typical 5-6 inch buns) and bland, not seasoned. No menus provided and lack of transparency on the bill. I had to pay before I got an itemized bill. The tip was also dishonestly calculated and additional tip added in without my knowledge. We were tricked into a 25 percent gratuity, when we intended about 20 percent. Service was good but not that good.

I tried coming here a few weeks ago but there was no street parking and the parking lot was $20. No thanks. So I came back after school was out of the holidays and there was no event at the Ball Arena. So there was plenty of street parking. The exterior of this brewery cannot be beat. Probably the most beautiful building housing a brewery in the country. As for the beer, it was okay. I couldn't distinguish the dark Mexican lager from the amber. So three stars for the beautiful building, not so much for the beer.

We came from out of town for a pub crawl, unfortunately we missed the cut off for dinner so did not stay too long as we were starving. We did have a few drinks.Really like the bar, beer and staff were really nice.The bar area is particular impressive and well appointed. There are some cozy areas elsewhere to sit at too.I like the fact the building is and old restored structure. Really quite nice and gives it a retro vibe.Would like to come back in the future to try food and a few more pints!

Great building with a lot of history. They only serve beer and seltzer, but they were out of seltzer when we visited so options are limited. Really geared towards the College kids. We were a little disappointed since there is so much history to the brewery and they are not capitalizing on it. No hats, t-shirts or swag.

Racist establishment much? Imagine you’re seated and not one of the servers or staff make eye contact with you. You’re patiently waiting for someone to greet you or say they’ll be right with you or at least give you a menu to look at, it never happens. You remain seated hoping someone will come and when a non person of color comes next to you while you’re still seated they immediately get attended? What a joke. Seriously. Do not come here if your POC, you will most likely have the same or an even worse experience. What a horrible experience
