I love the plant based double cheeseburger. It always leaves me feeling good and not too full. The ancient grains bowl and sweet potato pizza are also winners! All of these dishes are vegan too!

We absolutely love True Food Kitchen! My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now, have brought several family members, recommend it to everyone we know, and it has truly become our favorite place to eat out. We drive all the way from Berthoud, and it is worth the trip!
We both have multiple food allergies and special dietary restrictions, which usually makes dining out stressful and rare for us. True Food Kitchen has completely changed that experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination, avoid seed oils, and offer so many gluten-free and dairy-free options. The kitchen is an open concept, so you can see the food preparation, which makes it an exciting atmosphere. For the first time in a long time, we feel normal going out to eat and that means so much to us.
The food is consistently delicious. Some of our absolute favorites are the salmon, the steak, the grass-fed burger, the spaghetti squash, the prickly pear drink, and the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies with dairy-free vanilla ice cream. We always have the cookies warmed up and take extra home, they’re that good! I would love if coconut milk was added as a dairy option with the coffee selections though.
Beyond the food, the service is exceptional. Every server we’ve had has been kind, helpful, patient and attentive. Most recently, Mason waited on us for Valentine’s Day and made the entire experience feel so special. Mason was warm, inviting, and created such a fun atmosphere for everyone in the section. I feel like the holiday was well staffed for how busy it was too! It truly made the holiday memorable.
True Food Kitchen is truly the best restaurant. We’re so grateful to have found a place where we can eat safely, enjoy amazing food, and feel so welcomed every single time. It is always good to make a reservation too. Highly recommend!

We had the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant in a long time. The service was so slow and when we commented on it to our server she responded with so much attitude and defensiveness. I’ve been a server as well and know how hard of a job it can be but there is no excuse for a complete lack of basic communication and customer service skills. We were frequent goers of True Food Kitchen but not again after this.

When we came in tonight they were unexpectedly slammed and short-staffed. When out food took a bit longer to come out than it usually does here, Jesse (our server) and the manager on duty acknowledged the delay and took such good care of us. The situation they were in was very understandable, but they went so out of their way on a tough night to ensure that we still felt valued as customers -it was really outstanding. Yet another reason why I keep coming back to this restaurant. And of course the food was delicious, as always!

We had such a wonderful experience at True Food Kitchen thanks to Jesse. The restaurant was incredibly busy and clearly short staffed, yet he handled everything with calm, kindness, and professionalism. He never made us feel rushed or forgotten, even though he was juggling multiple tables.
Jesse checked in at all the right moments, kept a positive attitude, and made sure our food and drinks were perfect. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving each table a great experience despite how slammed the evening was.
Service like that does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for his hard work and will absolutely be back.
