I was lucky enough to have an experience here for lunch. The host, Finn was so warm and welcoming, really seeing if there was a way to squeeze us in for lunch. The food was incredible, I got a lychee martini, the lunch omakase special and the milk and cereal for dessert. The hama chile was hot, tangy and refreshing. Wow!!! This was one of my favorite meals and experiences in a long time! Our server Elaia was the absolute sweetest and gave us the best suggestions to go off of. It was my bday and husband doesn’t eat fish so this was an absolute treat but even he said this was a top dinner for him. The Kosho Toro maki and Hama chili were chefs kiss. We skipped the omokase and picked over a dozen items from the menu ourselves to make sure we got the bites we really wanted. I love this approach. Jordan our server was awesome and coursed our order out perfectly. He balanced flavors, hot courses and cold courses, spacing out similar items. and even throwing in a little bonus Hamachili for us to try, (which wound up being many of our table’s “bite of the night.” Get it!) an awesome Saturday night!
