I am traveling in Colorado via road and stopped at Longmont. This was one of the best vegan food I have had in a while. The food was ready quickly, I picked it up. But for dining in as well seems a little cute corner. I wish I have them in my town..
That whole street is filled with shops, so one can eat there and take a stroll.
Absolutely incredible food. I'm not even vegan and this place is without a doubt the best food I've had in longmont. Best vegan i have had in CO. I got drunken noodles 4/5 spiciness and it was just the right amount of heat. Food is made by Thai chefs and it shows. Noodles are soft but not overcooked. The sauce was tangy and subtly sweet. The entire dish was served with an appropriate amount of sauce.
The Seiten was incredible.
The food was served hot, tasty, and fresh! It’s great to have a vegan dinner option that doesn’t entail a bunch of modifications to be so.
Tofu rad nah was excellent!
Traveling from Texas, but this has to be some of the best Thai food I've ever had. The guy at the counter kept apologizing for the 15-minute wait, but I would have waited much longer for this. I had the Pad Woon Sen. This is a must try for vegans.
The sweetest workers and owner, the food is phenomenal as well and a great price for the area! They have really unique drink offerings as well, I got a lavender blueberry soda and my partner got an elderberry chai soda. My new go-to for pad thai.
This space is now The Vegan Thai Co and it is great. Had the green curry, Khao soil, and lychee sticky rice. Will definitely go back.
This tiny little place is a hidden gem!!! Vegan everything!!! And the taste is OFF the charts!!! 1000/10
We love this place, we are there pretty regularly. The food is amazing and since it's all vegan we never have to worry about the ingredients they use. They are also super nice. Just make sure you know that it's mainly a take out place.
The best Thai food I have ever had in my life—and I’m not even vegan.

My family all stopped in this little spot and ordered some pad se ew, pad thai, and spring rolls. There was only one table inside and the day was a chilly one, so we cozied in to eat. The server was incredibly nice, and overall the service was fast and friendly. The favors of our order were wonderful! Delicious pad thai, lad nar with just the right textures and freshness. We would surely return when visiting Longmont again! Updated from previous review on 2024-12-11

Extensive vegan menu, since they have the Vegan Thai Co. Ghost kitchen inside. I love that they have not just tofu, but also seitan and jackfruit. Some favorites include the Yentafo (a tangy pink soup), pad see ew, cheese wontons (made with tofutti), and drunken noodles.
I long ago resolved to eat every gosh-darn bowl of vegan tom kha soup I find. Mana Thai, located on the historic southern flank of Dicken’s Opera House, makes a mean one. The same can be said for the kitchen’s colorful roster of curries, each delectable in its own right. Regardless of what I’ve ordered, this is consistently some of the best Thai food I’ve found to date. It’s an interesting business decision to close on the weekends, but this just seems to add to the somewhat-enigmatic allure of this place. A lack of on-premises seating makes it more of a takeout joint, which can further justify an intermittent weeknight treat to help make the grind a little less.. uh.. grind-y. Not a deterrent, but I’ve also had odd moments with a man who works here. It’s probably me. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-06
