This space is now The Vegan Thai Co and it is great. Had the green curry, Khao soil, and lychee sticky rice. Will definitely go back.

The best Thai food I have ever had in my life—and I’m not even vegan.

My family all stopped in this little spot and ordered some pad se ew, pad thai, and spring rolls. There was only one table inside and the day was a chilly one, so we cozied in to eat. The server was incredibly nice, and overall the service was fast and friendly. The favors of our order were wonderful! Delicious pad thai, lad nar with just the right textures and freshness. We would surely return when visiting Longmont again! Updated from previous review on 2024-12-11

Extensive vegan menu, since they have the Vegan Thai Co. Ghost kitchen inside. I love that they have not just tofu, but also seitan and jackfruit. Some favorites include the Yentafo (a tangy pink soup), pad see ew, cheese wontons (made with tofutti), and drunken noodles.

I long ago resolved to eat every gosh-darn bowl of vegan tom kha soup I find. Mana Thai, located on the historic southern flank of Dicken’s Opera House, makes a mean one. The same can be said for the kitchen’s colorful roster of curries, each delectable in its own right. Regardless of what I’ve ordered, this is consistently some of the best Thai food I’ve found to date. It’s an interesting business decision to close on the weekends, but this just seems to add to the somewhat-enigmatic allure of this place. A lack of on-premises seating makes it more of a takeout joint, which can further justify an intermittent weeknight treat to help make the grind a little less.. uh.. grind-y. Not a deterrent, but I’ve also had odd moments with a man who works here. It’s probably me. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-06

This is a delivery and take-out only venue, and that’s fine for the food is timely, healthy, and delicious. Whether you eat meat or not, you’ll love the flavors, scents, and spices custom integrated into every dish at your desired level, e.g., the ordering app allows for great flexibility with ample add-ons. Also, the owner is friendly, which is always nice.

Vegetarian options: If you like Thai food, vegetarian or not, this spot is great.

Dietary restrictions: The entire menu is vegan and allergies can be noted when ordering online.

Also goes by Vegan Thai Co. Many options for vegans! Only one visit so far, but you must try the vegan crab Rangoon - That alone will bring me back for a second visit.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! The food was so delicious and heartwarming! We got the drunken noodles, wontons, and gyoza and couldn’t be more pleased. Finding this high quality of vegan food is such a joy. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and his wife’s food is out of this world! 10/10 experience and HIGHLY recommend! We’ll be coming back no doubt!

Vegan Thai in Longmont is one of my go-tos! While my order has always been correct, the one time there was an issue, the individual I spoke with on the phone was very accommodating in resolving the issue. In addition to the delicious food this restaurant consistently offers, the customer service will absolutely keep me a loyal customer!

Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan options!

Their menu says everything is prepared vegan and there is a huge selection of fried rice, desserts, soups, curries, etc. You have the option to choose a protein (and select gluten free if needed) which is why it isn't full vegan on Happy Cow. I have never eaten anything I didn't love, and especially love the vegan cream cheese wontons and mango sticky rice. They are mostly takeout and have always gotten my order correct.
