I don’t generally let myself get hungry as a vegetarian who travels for work, but this last minute early dinner find really hit the spot! The food was hot, fast, and accommodations were met easily. Mostly carryout but one cute table😄I tried to give 5 stars as I believe they are fully vegetarian and almost completely vegan, but happy cow only allowed 4 stars Updated from previous review on 2025-12-15

I am traveling in Colorado via road and stopped at Longmont. This was one of the best vegan food I have had in a while. The food was ready quickly, I picked it up. But for dining in as well seems a little cute corner. I wish I have them in my town..

That whole street is filled with shops, so one can eat there and take a stroll.

Absolutely incredible food. I'm not even vegan and this place is without a doubt the best food I've had in longmont. Best vegan i have had in CO. I got drunken noodles 4/5 spiciness and it was just the right amount of heat. Food is made by Thai chefs and it shows. Noodles are soft but not overcooked. The sauce was tangy and subtly sweet. The entire dish was served with an appropriate amount of sauce.

The Seiten was incredible.
