It can be quite hard to find a solid vegan option for breakfast, let alone a dedicated menu. After searching for something in a pinch, this was an amazing find. The breakfast burrito is very filling and flavorful, the pasta salad for later was also quite good. I recommend playing around with their many sauces as you’re sure to find something you love.

The Crunchwrap* was my favorite, nice mix of stuff and it was filling! The Chalupa flatbread was nice and soft. Can't go with wrong with Side of Tots (GF) , and the Side of Fries (GF) were on the softer side but still good.
The Side of Queso (GF) was a little different, not my favorite. Side of Spicy Ranch (GF) was really good though, definitely recommended.
You can even get ingredients to go like the seitan beef or ranch which is really cool!
Really good food, would order again!

I travel for work and try to go to strictly vegan places when I do. Two days in a row, I ordered from Vegan Van because their nacho fries were THAT good.

I saw Vegan Van recommended on Reddit and I'm so glad I tried it! The crunch wrap and Caesar salad were so good! And I saved the breakfast burrito for the following morning and it was so flavourful! I absolutely loved this place!

Vegan Van is some of the best casual vegan food in Denver!! The breakfast sandwich is amazing, and don’t get me started on the munchwrap ::drool::

This small place offers decent vegan food. The operation is mostly for take-out. There is some outdoor seating, and a small room next door with tables and air-conditioning. A nice place if you are in the neighborhood.

Order and pickup at a window. Limited outdoor seating. The person at the window was very friendly and helpful. Most of the menu seemed to be based on Taco Bell, but much better tasting from what I remember. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend the crunch wrap.

AMAZING! I was visiting from California for a wedding and needed to grab food before heading to the airport- I got the Crunchwrap, two Buffalo wraps, tater tots, and a spicy potato taco (only got photos of two things) to split between two and it was PHENOMENAL. The flavors were so delicious, and I appreciated the tofu providing protein with some veggies in the Buffalo wrap. The price was also very reasonable but maybe I am just used to California vegan pricing haha.
