This is where I first tried a gordita and it was delicious! You can't go wrong with any of the gorditas options but my favorite are the Asada ones. Great food truck!

Maiz Cafe + Goods is a restaurant that started as a food truck and now operates a brick and mortar location. The food is an authentic, amazing tasting quality food experience. The gorditas are transcendent and absolutely the best, not greasy or oversized. The pastor is the best, but the beef and potato is a close second, with red chile chicken as a third favorite. There are $5 gorditas on Fridays. The red and green salsas are flavorful and spicy. The agua fresca is perfect, not overly sweet. The best chicken tenders and quesadillas are also available. The whole team is super friendly and helpful, creating a little community. Maiz loves their community, and the community loves them back.
