When I arrived I order chicken and waffles the tall kid with acne told me, "we are out of chicken you cant order any chicken. If you want chicken go to our other location". So I order a few other items. More people walk in and they all ordered chicken and received chicken. As I sat there eating watching everyone else eat the chicken I was told was not there. I couldn't help but feel disrespected. That will be the last time I ever eat at waffle brothers. Their menus were dirty and sticky. A ton of burnt waffle batter on the waffles like they don't clean their waffle maker. I was very disappointed.Parking: No parking

I don’t know where to even start, I have no words in how bad this place is.1. The service.2. The presentation of the restaurant.3. The waiter being not only the person that rang us up but made our food and then was our server, which means he didn’t WASH HIS HANDS!!!!4. I ordered a americano and got regular coffee, like what?!?!?!5. And last but not least the food , what a disgusting breakfast , there was a hair in my food and then the scrambled eggs were not even scrambled, I don’t know how even to describe, if it even was breakfast.Over all don’t waste your time or money …. Don’t GO!!!!Parking: Street parking.

Absolutely disgusted by today’s experience. Not only did I wait over 20 mins for my order, not only was the staff rude and inattentive, not only did I sit next to hours old food because staff was out back smoking marijuana and not cleaning To top off all of that I had a foreign hair on my waffle sandwich!!!! I was so disgusted that I refused to eat anything they made there after seeing as this place is completely unsanitary. I would be surprised if these airhead employees even wash their hands. I loved this place at one time but now I will never return. So gross. ?????

What a weird little gem. Waffle Brothers was not what I was expecting for a "brunch" place. But that was good, such a laid-back atmosphere. Get your own drinks and coffee, order at the register, and sit anywhere. I felt like I was having breakfast with friends. It's just very low-key. The food was fantastic, we all left fat and happy. Definitely going again.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp out front and a pretty open floor plan.

Great place to get waffles! I went for the first time the other day, and I had the tiramisu waffle. It was so good, the topping isn't very sweet which i really liked. I added a little syrup and it was delicious. Great local place, gets very busy. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Glad I tried it but probably won’t go back for awhile. We went in on a Saturday morning and although it wasn’t too crowded, it took about 40 minutes for our 2 waffles to be ready. Could have been an off day but looks like they have just 1-2 people making one waffle at a time so great that it’s fresh but they could probably upgrade their system. The food was alright but nothing special and not really worth the wait. Does seem like a great spot for kids!

I haven't actually had the chance of eating here. I came in with a friend visiting from out of last Sunday. When we came in it being our first time there we weren't really sure if we were to seat ourselves, where to get menu's or anything (and no one offered help). We found a seat and grabbed menu's on our own. We sat looking at the menu's and watched as the employees walked around asking people how things are and if they needed anything, while still never even getting as much as a hello from anyone. Finally when another couple walked in and received the greeting and instructions everyone should get, but somehow was lost when it came to us. We left and went to Denver Biscuit Co. probably should have done that to begin with.

Not sure how anyone has anything good to say about this place. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but they certainly don't take that into consideration. For a place called "Waffle Brothers", their waffles are dry and flavorless. Anyway... if I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Ordered food to take out. They said it would be ready in 30- 60 minutes. Seemed like a large window for just waffles and bacon. The waffle was soggy and bland. Somehow the bacon was dry, I didn't know that was possible. I love recommending restaurants, this aint it.

We stopped here this morning to grab breakfast at a new, unique place! We live 2.5 hours SE of Denver and cannot find something like this. Our breakfast was simply amazing. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the helpful staff, and overall great experience.

This is a nifty little place to get any fun take on waffles that you might be craving. It's tucked into the Speer neighborhood. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you are in the mood for chicken and waffles, this is your place.

I have never waited so long for food in my life. I waited an hour while they served food to everyone who got there after us. The people who got there before us had a kid a we were all losing our mind. I will never go back even though they offered me a free meal. It's not worth it

I’ve been searching for some fun treats that are local to me and found this cool waffle restaurant! I tried a few different kinds of treats but my favorite was the Strawberry Banana Marshmallow Cream Cheese Waffle! The fresh fruit was on point and staff were very patient with my reading disabilities! They are a family owned business with seating inside and out with a very fun atmosphere and ideal parking! This is a great place for people of all ages but if you have kids they will love all the fun food and people! They even had take home waffles and coming out with take and bakes soon! I’m so going back again soon!
