Carmine's on Penn never disappoints! Delicious food with fresh and varied choices. Serving everything family style allows dinners to sample and select more entree and dessert options. The service is always outstanding!
The food was awesome and our server, Joe, was the best! I loved it when he said “Never trust a skinny waiter.” Love it!
