I recently had Wafflerita cater an event for us at the Colorado School of Mines and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, communication was seamless, and the setup was impressive. They really handle it all, even serving their own waffles and taking care of the entire menu service, which made everything so much easier for us. But most importantly, the waffles and variety of options were beyond our expectations. Our students absolutely loved the food and I really appreciated how effortless they made the entire process. Highly recommend!

Tried a strawberry-filled wafflerita at the Pearl Street Farmer's Market from their pop-up booth and it was pretty tasty. They have a bunch of different flavors and you can put toppings like sauces and sprinkles on them too. They also had some savory options if you are looking for less of a snack.
