Great seafood in Denver which is an accolade that should not be overlooked in a landlocked state. They fly in their fish and have a great selection from around the world. Oysters are always great and it’s nice to have a selection from each coast rather than just one option. Their sauces really enhance the experience, we like the habanero lime and red onion sauces the best. Servers were very attentive and cocktails were fun and tasty. They also didn’t skimp on their lobster roles.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. It is very comfortable and very well lit. As soon as you enter you feel good. The menu is very well composed and fish and seafood occupy first place. Everything was good and the service very professional.

It was great! We had requested a bigger table when we made the reservation. We got there and they had a great spot waiting for us in a cozy corner. Matt the server was so amazing & professional! The food was fantastic, fresh and just the right amount. The restaurant is just beautiful!

Our server Matt was super professional and delightful. This was our first time here and definitely not our last. The quality of their menu items is over the top. Best sushi roll I have ever had. The lobster bisque... chefs kiss! The craft cocktails are worth every penny. Can't wait to go back with a bigger appetite! Highly highly recommend this restaurant.... Now one of my favorite places in Denver for sure.

This is our second time to Water Grill. First time we loved it, and this time not so much. Although we did like our waitress Lindy and all the bartenders were very nice. The oysters and the Bigeye Tuna Poke were delicious. We had to send the calamari back because it had a ammonia fishy taste. We couldn't recommend the Garden Roll because it has a type of leaf that is on top that gave it a strong taste that none of us liked at all. The Trojan Roll was fishy and nothing great. Then the Chilean Sea Bass was just so-so. The guys were disappointed because it was bland and they expected a nice hardy portion of the ricotta gnudi and there were just 8 small ones circling around the fish and that was it. Ha! Very disappointing....especially for $47.00! The Caramel Bread Pudding and Key Lime Pie were good. Best part of the whole meal was the sourdough bread ~ but not a good enough reason to go back. There are much better sea food restaurants in the Denver Metro area to go to with fish that seems much fresher than Water Grill had last night. There is nothing worse than fishy fish! Sorry Water Grill......we tried.

Service was good, they got us in and out in about an hour which was a little too fast. I noted it was my partners birthday but nothing was really done for him except a staff birthday card. For the price I paid for dinner, I wouldn’t say it was worth the price overall. Probably won’t be back unless it’s some type of happy hour

This place is amazing! Cozy but laid back. Our server Jason was very attentative and recommended a few things when we weren't 100% sure. In our reservation I mentioned we had just gotten engaged. Our table was decorated with rose petals and we had a lovely congratulations card and they provided a free dessert. The wine each of us chose was perfect. My fiance got a few oysters after Jason's recombination with which ones to try. I had the salmon and he got the shrimp scampi. Both were amazing and fresh! We ordered a dessert prior to knowing we'd receive one complimentary. Caramel bread pudding with caramel ice cream and red sea salt. It was to die for! The deep dish cookie was warm and goey and the ice cream was the perfect compliment! We've decided to make this a anniversary restaurant in our future years! So glad I found it and we can't wait to go back.Thank you Water Grill for an awesome night out :)

Water Grill was a very cool, fancier place. The service was amazing, especially Clare, who helped us feel special for our birthday! However, we were not impressed with the quality of the food for the high prices. I was expecting superior food, but it was just fine. The worst part was that the lobster we ordered was over cooked and way too chewy and unappetizing. We told the restaurant, but nothing was done about it. Overall, cool place maybe just for drinks.

Sea food was delicious as usual. However, the restaurant bragged about their steak dishes. . .I was left unimpressed. Though prepared to my specifications, the stteak came out cold (2 times) and was not a good cut of filet. Lesson learned: not like a good steak house. Stick to seafood.

I adore Water Grill for its commitment to sustainable fish, impeccable service, and expertly crafted drinks. Having visited their Las Vegas spot, I can attest that their Denver location is equally impressive, standing right alongside it.

Very good food.

Although the service was great, for the price the value of the food was not close to what one would expect. Taste of the food was good, it just was pretty expensive for what we got. We had 2 martinis, 1 Dover sole, a side, 1 appetizer, a wedge salad, and 15 oysters and I walked away with a $270.00 bill. A little steep considering we only had 1 entree!
