I was really craving some unhealthy greasy fast food. Pretty much my daily diet. I was considering taco bell, kfc and chipotle. None really sounded good. Wendy's i did the drive thru. Nice greeting. Decided to order a classic chicken. The employees just seemed out of it. Maybe tired. The non friendly asst mgr handed me the sandwich. I pulled into parking lot put my latex gloves on and opened it up. Brown lettuce, luke warm sandwich and bun was hard. I was starving so just...

He was extremely attentive, patient, and kind, ensuring that everything about my breakfast was perfect. His positive attitude and outstanding service made a huge difference in my day.
