I dont know what people are talking about. The fries tasted fresh. And everything was good. My dad ordered a small soda but he got a medium. Still, I give this a 4 stars.

The best way to describe the food quality and the customer service here is BAD.... the French fries are always old and extremely salty. If you make a modifications on your sandwich they ignore it every time. I'd rather drive an additional 6 miles from home then to keep coming to this location... Not to mention most of the staff at this location are rude and very short with customers.

They close before 12:30am & I was picking up an order & was waiting at the drive thru and the big lady working the night shift couldn’t even come to the window & tell me they were closed? Waited for like 15 minutes & she kept walking back & fourth staring at me. Like what happened to providing decent customer service.

Messed up my food order twice . Waited over 30 minutes and told to pull into the wait area . While other guest/vehicals got there food and left that were behind me before me. Also messed the food up after going inside and adding more wait time. The manager does not know how to deligate tasks to staff in a polite manner. You would be better to go next door to QT for better food and prices with minimal wait times that do not exceed 30 minutes.
Watered down coke, food was lukewarm . I like wendys but this location is bad.

I placed a mobile order went and waited to pick it up I waited for over 20 minutes I didn't get a email saying it was done when I went to tell them about it it was already done sitting there on the counter horrible horrible servers. I didn't even get a sorry that happened nothing absolutely unprofessional horrible service I will never go there again !?
