I didnt realize that this location has no dining area inside, so we sat outside to eat our food.
Why is my coke sooo full of ice that I literally cannot get my straw in without waiting for some of that ice to melt. No amount of stirring and massaging the sides of the cup and shaking around will shift the ice enough to get a straw through, because the cup is 95% ice and only 5% soda.
Not to mention ruin you forgot my straw in the drive thru and I had to come back to ask for one.
This young man couldn’t have any more terrible customer service skills. Gets my order completely ready, and instead of handing it over to me, he looks at me and walks around a bit, goes in the back and grabs a bag of vanilla ice cream, fills the machine making sure to squeeze out every last drop. Asked him what his problem was and he couldn’t even man up or apologize.
