after eating my double stack that only had one patty of meat for some reason I go to grab for my fries and there was literally four fries in the carton! I know some of the smaller Wendy's franchises were going out of business I assume this is one of them
This evening I stopped by and orders some food and a green tea, when I received the beverage, there was a fly at the bottom, simply asked the “Manager” Melissa for a refund and she told me that she didn’t have the authorization to give me my money back, this is absolutely unacceptable. This will be taken to corporate due to the fact that she refused to give me my money back and for the response of “it’s not my problem” I got from her. #firemelissa
Great service crew. We love their freshly made salads. Great value!
