Very disappointed with today's order. I had same pizzas 3 nights ago and they were super tasty. I orders same thing today and my pizza tasted like dry saw dust. Not enough sauce and not enough chicken topping . Damn this sucks.

Pizza Hit used to be my go to pizza for years. I felt guilty bc a pan pizzas is let's face it, it's as bad as it gets, total guilty pleasure. I recently ordered , ordered again , and YES ordered again . All three orders were exactly what I ordered. The pizza was hot, fresh , and tasted SO GOOD on all three ordered it was 5 stars for sure . Do yourself a favor and try the mini Cinnabon's you won't be disappointed .

Less than one star. Bland and under cooked crust. No sauce. Took over an hour and a half to get here. The chicken box looked like some one sat on it and the chicken tasted like saw dust. Omega quadrant lame.

What can you say that hasn't been said. I ordered 15 minutes before closing and nothing that I wanted was available. They cancelled my order but offered me a free pizza if I came and picked it up. I did and insted tof one pizza they gave me 2 large pizzas at no cost.
I had a big order. When delivery man came, he didn't have my pizza! I asked him about it and he said he gonna call the store. Never heard back from them, never got my pizza. The rest of the food was ok.

I've never had a problem with this place. Everyone I've interacted with has been pleasant, granted delivery does usually take a while, pickup is much quicker. The pizza had been good in my experience.
This is a terrible location. Pizza was 20 minutes late, smooshed, and undercooked. Delivery driver told us we just got the shot end of the stick. The complete lack of care was well apparent. Go anywhere else for pizza.

This Pizza Hut is the worst in service and pizza. I got an undercooked pizza brought back for a refund and was told by the girl at the register that she didn't know how to give me refund. She said she was the manager on duty but was new, she turned around to ask her coworker for help and they didn't know how to do a refund. Finally this older "mike" guy comes out and says I have to wait for tomorrow when the general manager is in...holly s*** I couldn't believe I have to wait for general manager for a refund!

DON'T ORDER HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Classless ignorant service.. sub-par food prep, always late, rude service. Pizza Hut obviously knows about it's bad stores and does nothing about it.

I ordered a pizza and quepapas to be delivered at 2:15. At 2:30 my tracker said they were still making my order. I called the store and they just told me the driver was on his way. The driver arrived at 2:50 and said he was the only one. He pulled out my pizza and forgot my quepapas. My pizza looked like it had tumbled in the box several times. I called the store and the manager said she was new and didn't know what to do but I could wait until her manager came in at 3:30 and call back. Then we lost connection and the call ended. I'm a student and have a short time period for lunch. I waited 35 extra minutes for my pizza, I'm not waiting more time I don't have for items that should've arrived. This is honestly ridiculous and not my first complaint with a Pizza Hut store.

This pizza was horrible! That's suppose to be pepperoni and EXTRA cheese. The cheese at the top is because it is stuffed crust. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. When the delivery guy was here he was rude and when I called to talk to them about the pizza the lady on the phone acted like it was my problem. After having to argue with her she said fine I will send you another one. Great now we get to wait another hour for another pizza. And who's to say this one will be any better. Very disappointed and wish they had better customer service. We got the 2nd one and this is what it looks like! The pepperonis are burnt! HORRIBLE!!!!
