Pls change the sides with the tenderloin. White sweet fries come put hard & cold, my steak was put onto of a 1 1/4 cup of brussel sprouts that were warm to cold.I always forget this when eating here.Total bill $80 + tip

We went during the brunch menu. They do have a kids menu. I had a wrap with soup and my husband had the Thai salad. The food was good. Just pricy. Service was wonderful! Full bar. They have another location in Breckenridge.

We only went because they have good reviews on google, so figured we will post our experience so other people could benefit.The place is really cool and the plates look amazing. However, the food was not tasty, all of our dishes did not have much flavor. Definitely not worth the money spent. Salmon was full of bones, which I know fish has bones, but when you are paying $40 for a salmon you would expect a better quality. Overall just didn’t taste good.We were a party of 6, no one liked the food. From the salmon, to the filet, salads, appetizers. Nothing had good flavors.

Exceptional service and more creative & delicious food. Variety of dishes, and all were beautifully presented and had a nice mix of flavors and textures. Had an infant in our party, and they had a high chair, a sippy cup and entertainment all set up for our arrival. Atmosphere in the restaurant is quite nice too … more like a big city restaurant than a small ski town. Would definitely recommend for a nicer meal.Vegetarian options: Options on menuDietary restrictions: Very willing to adapt dishes to address food or dietary needs

Great drinks, food was excellent! Service was great. Our waiter David was very good an attentive. Made for a relaxing and very pleasant experience! The Scottish Salmon was perfect in taste and preparation! Also the Tenderloin app was note worthy.. very tasty!
Always enjoy Blue River Bistro and its sister, Bistro North-Dillon. Surprised to see special for evening being Opa (Moon Fish). Was fresh, excellently prepared accompanied by delectable sauce (needed more of the latter). Salmon always good.
We remembered this wonderful gem of a restaurant from a trio 2 years ago. It was wonderful then and did not disappoint. Presentation, taste sensation, and service were top shelf. I would highly recommend!!

The most scrumptious food I have had in a very long time. I got the ranch burger with truffle oil fries and the truffle is only 2 dollars extra and it's the most delicious fries I have ever had. ? ? ? ?
