Took 50 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese and a coffee black. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your time! I wouldn’t recommend.

Bagels were alright, it took 30 minutes and was put last even tho wasnt last to order, also came in 3 days in a row and got the same order, but it was more expensive the first time and the second time it was cheaper which was nice but I got a side as well for the same order that was more expensive the day before with no side, also amidst all this tried to use the gift card I had and they wouldnt take it, all in all not run well and not consistent

If I could’ve give 0 stars I would, waited a hour for 2 bagels. A simple bacon and egg bagel.

When I went in I was the only customer. The person taking my order was rude and got the order wrong even though I said it three times. Had to wait so long that other customers came in and left with their food. Finally they call my name but it's only half of what I asked for. Had to wait for the coffee then it was wrong and had to wait longer for the correct drink. I saw at least four employees but only one was doing anything and that one guy didn't seem to want to be there. Not impressed, there's a lot of other options in town.

Something crunchy in my bagel. I spit it out but 30 minutes later I got food poisoning. And threw up multiple times. 10/19/25.

Bought bagels and coffee to have in cafe, they were good. Took a few with back with cream cheese. Realized cream cheese had expired 3 weeks earlier.

I live here. I have watched this business go downhill. It's hard to get good help here I know, but something needs to change. I only ordered a bagel with plain schmear, it's not busy and twenty minutes later I finally get it. The bagels are more like rolls. Not much substance. I rarely come here any more. I miss the great salads they used to have 10 years ago. So disappointing.

Racist!
My wife and I are both Hispanic. We came in and ordered in Spanish and the Mexican girl told us in Spanish that we had to order and pay at the register first vs every white person in the place. Yes we had to pass the order counter and wait to order and pay first. Then after they got our orders wrong told us to bad...

The food was delicious. The staff got a few things right out of our order. My drink was not made correctly and we did not get a few things out of our order. The restaurant was so freaking hot we couldn't eat inside.

I don’t think I’ve ever had good service at any Einstein locations. This one was exceptionally bad. Disarray is an understatement. From employees walking around, not acknowledging customers waiting to order to messing up a simple order (mine). English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees. Be prepared for a very long wait even when there are only four customers in the store.

Last weekend I visited the Einstein Bagels in Dillon, Colorado, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I waited 29 minutes for my order, and during that time, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The employees had a bad attitude no greeting, no courtesy, just acting like they didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the place looked dirty. Tables were sticky, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the whole area felt neglected.

To make things worse, they were almost out of bagels! Isn’t that the one thing they’re supposed to have? I couldn’t believe how poorly stocked they were. I seriously had to ask myself what happened here? Is there new management or just no one paying attention? This place used to be decent, but now it’s just a mess. I won’t be coming back.

I came back today to give them the benefit of the doubt unfortunately, it was the same disappointing experience. While I waited a long time for just one bagel sandwich, I spoke to other customers who shared similar bad experiences at this location. It seems like the supervisor, owner, or whoever is in charge doesn’t do anything to improve the service.

I also received what appeared to be an automated reply, and despite reaching out to Bagels’ customer service, no one responded. Very disappointed.
