Last weekend I visited the Einstein Bagels in Dillon, Colorado, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I waited 29 minutes for my order, and during that time, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The employees had a bad attitude no greeting, no courtesy, just acting like they didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the place looked dirty. Tables were sticky, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the whole area felt neglected.
To make things worse, they were almost out of bagels! Isn’t that the one thing they’re supposed to have? I couldn’t believe how poorly stocked they were. I seriously had to ask myself what happened here? Is there new management or just no one paying attention? This place used to be decent, but now it’s just a mess. I won’t be coming back.
I came back today to give them the benefit of the doubt unfortunately, it was the same disappointing experience. While I waited a long time for just one bagel sandwich, I spoke to other customers who shared similar bad experiences at this location. It seems like the supervisor, owner, or whoever is in charge doesn’t do anything to improve the service.
I also received what appeared to be an automated reply, and despite reaching out to Bagels’ customer service, no one responded. Very disappointed.

Insanely low value, their products are sub par. This is a shamefully low amount of cream cheese, this bagel and “schmear ” cost $4.88. The pictures on the menu show a much larger amount of cream cheese. What a rip off, I’ll never come Here again.

Every table was dirty, the trash cans were full, they had 4 choices for bagels. The place was empty. No reason for a dirty restaurant

Great food and service. However, the dining area was very dirty- trash was overflowing, tables were dirty, and they were out of condiments. This was around 10 am.

This may be the worst Einstein's I have ever walked in to. First of all the register under the "Order Here" sign was closed and you had to pay and place your order under an entirely new register. I submitted an order for a catering box and when I went to pick it up the lady working the counter pointed to it and said there it is. It was behind the counter so I was a little puzzled and she said "you can just go get it". I was an honorary team member that day being behind the counter. When I get home I realized that the cream cheese was missing and with bagels thats kind of an important piece of the meal. I tried calling them 6 times to tell them and resolve this issue. The call went to voicemail 3 times and they sent me to voicemail 3 times. I left a message last Friday and nothing has been resolved. I also wrote corporate an email about my experience and how they messed up my order and that email has not been responded to yet either. Do not come here, the customer service is horrible and the bagels are average.
I love Einstein Bros. But this location has horrendous staff. They mess up orders and get upset if you ask for them to give you the correct coffee you ordered, to the point of arguing.

Love the food and coffee but service is always hit and miss. Seems to be new staff every week. One guy was working with three others standing around talking today. I can't come back if I have to wait so long and be late for work! Btw that one guy doing all the work should get a pay raise

Horrible - DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO - SO RUDE. Stood in line for 10 minutes was not even acknowledged. Moved to another register because maybe I was in the wrong spot then told to get back in line at the back ... umm no thanks! YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTAFFED. YOU HAD 4 PEOPLE WORKING. It's not even season yet.
