“EDIT: I want to thank the person who replied to my review and in order to rectify the situation. I changed my review in light of this. We may not be able to make it again, as we are on vacation, but despite the mishap I could tell this spot would have been enjoyable otherwise. Also, the ice cream was fantastic.Ordered an Italian sandwich. $15 dollars in the middle of nowhere CO. The sandwich’s weren’t wrapped properly and when we got home, they forgot the meat… on an Italian sandwich. There’s like 4 different kinds of meat… mind boggling.Tried to call, phone number was not working.“
“Manager and another employee stepped up to help trainee to accommodate customers. Manager apologize that food. delivery had been delayed so no chips available.Parking: Not many spaces in front, one handicap space and had to walk across drive thru to get to front door.“
“I have to say out of the many times i have eaten here this was the best. The employees were nice and the food was good. The tables could be cleaned more often but improvements have been made . Thank you Idaho springs subway.Kid-friendliness: My son actually ate his food and enjoyed the young lady that helped us . She was nice“
