“So I would have given this place a five but the gentlemen ringing people up seemed like he was being forced to work here and wasn't the most pleasant. I'm not sure why they had him customer facing because it clearly wasn't his wheelhouse. He basically tossed our card back at us and had to remake a latte because he let the milk boil over. This was not a well oiled machine and the operation seemed disjointed which I'm not certain was attributable to the gentlemen ringing people up. We had to give our order to both the person making the bagel and again at the register. The dogs outside were super cool.“
