One of my favorite restaurants in Durango. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is consistently friendly, and the menu offers a good variety of well prepared dishes. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality makes it worthwhile.
It was absolutely delicious! We have been Chimayos customers for years and we had the BEST SERVICE! Hands down in all our years going there! Our waiter was Neil, personable customer service was absolutely 100% top notch!
Food was DELISH. Their signature margarita was a great compliment to the queso fundido and stuffed chile entree I got. SO good. Recommend reservations. Atmosphere is lovely, cool and a little elevated. Overall good spot!
