Took my children for a nice Thanksgiving dinner and was one of the worst dinners ever, the food was cold and the dinner roll hard as a rock. Won't be returning.

This place was early 1900's and fabulous. I'll certainly be making another visit.

This place is sooooooo cool! It's like you're being transported back in time. I loved how even the servers were dressed like back in the saloon days.

We came in for drinks and a quick snack. I had a glass of sauvignon blanc and I was impressed with how much they poured lol.

They had a soup special which was pork and beans. Omg it was sooooooo good!! It's probably meant for one person because it came in a small bowl, but we had just eaten so we shared it.

The saloon is connected to the Strater hotel which is just as cool to look at. Going to the bathroom takes you through the hotel lobby and I definitely stopped to take some photos and videos. The place does give a bit of a spooky feel and apparently this hotel has been featured on ghost shows lol, so I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to sleep here overnight. But I would love to come back here again!

It's a small seat yourself kind of thing. Food was ok. Service was dreadfully slow. And someone in our group didn't get something they ordered. Server flat out argued saying they never ordered it and started to raise her voice. I was FLOORED by the entire situation. Never in my serving career or as a guest have I seen or experienced this.

We loved the western saloon feel. It was like stepping into the past. It was busy when we visited but we still enjoyed it very much.

MUST GO while in Durango. I've been several times and never had a bad meal--the BBQ trout and pot roast are especially good. The servers and bartenders are fantastic and the live pianist is truly an incredible entertainer.

I've taken elderly relatives, little nieces and nephews, and 20-something friends--they all have an amazing time.

The flavor of an historic saloon, noisy and crowded.

The food was delicious and service was perfect. I had the main street salad and the wife had the Rickard. Both are do againers. Excellent piano player too.

Servers are not great at talking to customers. The food was horrible. Chicken pot pie everyone is bragging about. It's more like chicken soup with burnt peice dough thrown on top. Looks nothing like that pic. I'm very disappointed. It's very much a tourist trap.
