Normally I wouldn’t have mind how long food takes because I understand working in fast food is exhausting but I’m still waiting on a large pizza JUST ONE - it’s been 1 hour and 30 minutes- I called when an hour hit - they apologized and said it would be another 30 minutes- I am 8 minutes away from them- tell me why it’s 1 hour and 30 minutes- I’m very upset if I could put no stars I would

My order was about 30 mins later than predicted when I ordered online for delivery so food was lukewarm

Also , i ordered plain wings but got boneless nuggets instead. No point in calling as no one answers the phone ever.

We ordered pizza for carryout. The guy that took our order was super friendly and polite. They had our order ready to go when we got there as promised. And the food was delicious! We got a gluten-free crust with extravaganza toppings. Yum!

Terrible!!! Took almost a whole hour to deliver our one large pizza and 2- liter soda. I’m assuming they made an assumption on the area I lived in and they took their time. On the app it said it would take 29-44 minutes to be delivered. I decided to time them because of this assumption. Was willing to tip more since I can afford it but they took their time so they lost money. I got text messages for the process of the pizza and only got two messages. The first one saying when the pizza was being prepped and the second one of when the delivery driver was coming (almost a whole hour apart). If you decide to order from here, don’t do delivery.

Absolutely unacceptable. We placed a mobile order ahead of time for a sandwich, bread bites, and a premade salad, with an estimated carry-out time of 12–15 minutes. Instead, it took literally 40 minutes to get our food. I was on a 30-minute lunch break, so this completely ruined my meal. If you’re short on time, do NOT order from this location. The staff seemed unorganized and unable to handle even a few orders. Rather than completing the two tickets ahead of us (including ours, which was placed in advance), they prioritized newer orders placed after ours. Poor management, poor service, and a total lack of efficiency. We will not be ordering from this store again.

Worst service in town, I’ll happily go to the one on Camino next time. Placed an order for a sandwich and bread bites at 5:00. At 5:40 my food finally started getting baked. Store was not busy and I saw them prepping pizzas for orders that were placed after mine.

It's a Domino's – I'm not expecting much. But when I pay for an item as part of a takeout order, even something as trivial as marinara sauce – and the receipt reflects that I already paid for it – not giving it to me and asking me to pay for it two times is bad business.

Ordered 2 pizzas and there were tics on one of them, yes tics I called to let them know I didn't ask for anything I just wanted them to know they put me on hold,and I waited for a long time when someone finally came back to the phone and I told the second person she said thank you and hung up
I understand things happen in restaurants that are completely out of the employee's control but wouldn't you think it should require more of a response thank you and a hang-up

Forget about delivery. They take forever to deliver your pizza. They need to staff their stores enough. I’ll update another review how the pizza goes. It’s been an hour and will probably be cold by the time it’s here.

I was ordering pizza but there is no way it takes 2 hours 30 minutes for you employees to finish a pizza and now I have to come home with no food I have to go to work early and you workers probably keeping money without getting my pizza

Ordered online at 5:30 and was told it would be a 14-20 minute wait. Got there after 20 minutes and there was already 14 orders on the board. We were told it would be another 30 minutes. We understand places can be short staffed sometimes and things may take extra time so we waited patiently. The manger had no urgency while other employee did the majority of the work while the manager continued to leave the front desk and hide in the back saying her phone was blowing up and she was going to check it. She continued to complain about how no one was there but did close to nothing to help the employee who was working extremely hard and overwhelmed. We even called the other Durango location who expressed they were overwhelmed with the contact from customers they had regarding the other stores actions tonight. The other store tried to help as much as they could and was extremely apologetic. We finally got our pizza at 7:15 and there were over 18 orders on the board and 14 people in the lobby waiting. This will be the last time we get pizza from this location.
