Domino's Pizza

So went into store to order due to last time we ordered online my bank card was compromised. Our oder included a garden salad, wings, garlic bites and a pizza. NO garden salad so they substitute the chicken Ceasars salad and the wings that were sitting in window when I arrived are the wings they gave me...cold soggy and barely sauce on them...disgusting is what it was..so disappointed in Domino's the last 2 times...WONT BE A 3RD.

Delivery did not come until four hours later. No one answered the phone. Was woken up at 1am by the delivery driver knocking loudly on my hotel room door once I had given up on the order. Would not recommend paying $30 for no food and someone to wake you up in the middle of the night ?

Food was good I just could help Notice NOBODY was Wearing gloves while Preparing pizzas. That is literally disgusting. You have 5 sweaty grubby men back there and don’t feel that gloves are necessary?

what an amazing experience, I wasn’t able to get the two gentleman names. But one of them was a little bit older and one of them had longer hair. They both were incredible employees and made me feel really good after having a shitty day. Highly recommend making it over to this spot.

Ordered pasta here pretty regularly with no issue. All of a sudden they started messing up each order by leaving off the green chile. Fast forward a few times and we finally bring it up and they tell us that pizza toppings can no longer go in the pasta. That’s fine but the online website doesn’t specify which toppings will actually end up on your pasta. The first time the gm was cool and told us to just call moving forward and they’d make sure it’s on there, but most recently he told me they couldn’t do that for me anymore (same gm younger kid looks ate up though it’s understandably probably hard to keep anyone respectable in that position) and was very rude over the phone each time. I was just letting them know their online menu doesn’t reflect their new policy and he just asked what I wanted him to do about it. Uhm i don’t know escalate it to the business owner so this doesn’t happen again. Replaced the order at the opposite dominos in town with no issues! Weird that one dominos had no issue fulfilling the actual order i wanted

As a former dominos manager…y’all need to work at preparing and cutting y’all’s pizzas. Quality is just as important as performance. Your wings are perfectly sauced!! Your pizzas have good height and width! But the toppings and cutting could be better.
Customer service…we’ve had a few good and bad experiences with your employees! other than that everything is great and seems to be running better than most dominos.

Good pizza, great prices, the staff are always so friendly and patient and really seem to take pride in their work. The service time is amazing. I can place an order, drive down, and pick up the order in under 30 minutes. I can't even make a frozen pizza at home that fast.

We ordered a pizza and a salad. When it arrived all we got was a pizza and the delivery person said the manager was comping us $5? What?!?!! The salad was $10. We should been credited for the salad, its tax and the $5 cuz they didn’t call us to let us know ahead of time. I tried calling last night but the cheapskates don’t even have an answering machine.
So run from Dominoes in Durango!

Placed an order, waited almost 3 hours! Called the store to cancel the order and they said it was delivered and complete. I stated it wasn't hence the reason I was calling. I explained that I watched my order online progress the whole time and I honestly felt disrespected. They left hungry customers hanging with no call, txt, or excuse. I really hope they improve, it could be a long while before I do business with them again
