There is a reason this location only averages 2-stars. It is mismanaged by any reasonable measure. My latest experience with Dunkin Donuts in Durango has led me to commit to never giving it my business again. I drove 45 minutes from Vallecito to pick up donuts for an event the next morning. I arrived at exactly 5:30PM, 30 minutes before closing time. I know they close at 6PM because their website, Google, Facebook, and the sign on the establishments door clearly states this fact....read full review
The staff is very friendly and do their best to please you.
The Wait was 30 mins. Once we got the breakfast sandwich it was still frozen. Left hungry.
