Absolutely ridiculous. I order 6 donuts and 0 were correct. I order a sausage egg and cheese on croissant and it was burnt to hell. Who in their right mind pulled that out of the oven and said meh let's serve it. Lazy SOB just take a second and remake it.
Service is always good and very friendly. I always go inside. Drive thru takes longer. Food is always on point . My only complaint is that my favorite the apple fritters rarely have apple chunks in them . I buy at least 4 to 6 every time that way I don't have to go back for a couple of days and I never get any apples in them just a taste of them. Staff is always very friendly. Thank you Dunkin Donuts but please put apples in your apple fritters.Thank YouJames

Ordered my 2 doughnuts . 4.31 cost , was never able to get my doughnuts.I said no when asked if I needed receipt.Same person asked to see my receipt 10 min later to prove my order.No return of charge and no doughnuts.I just left , they did tell me to have a nice day
