“This Cold Stone creamery is just as lovely as every other one I've been to. Lots of delicious ice creams and sorbets, various add-in toppings, and of course their special Signature Creations.The blueberry batter is my absolute favorite and I paired it with some lemon sorbet. These two flavors complimented each other wonderfully!The staff was kind and friendly and very patient with our grandkids, who were very excited to be there!One thing I thought was quite unusual was the seating arrangements. There are not many places to sit, as this is located in an area of downtown Durango that has several little shops, with a shared parking lot. Apparently there is a food and beverage license law that doesn't allow you to consume your confectionery treats in the other areas in that location. To clarify, if you go to the brewery you are not allowed to sit anywhere but in the brewery sitting area. If you get ice cream, you are only allowed to sit in the ice cream area.It did not make a lot of sense to me but if that's the law then we need to follow it.Overall, this was a highly pleasurable experience and we will most likely return on our next visit to Durango.

Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly in that all ice cream shops are made for kids, whether they're a 1-year-old kid or a 91-year-old kid!“
