I'm not a plasma Lazer, but I thought they do a bloody FINE job!!! Especially the front desk girls. But I will say this: Thanks to Heather. She's my Hero. Its not easy work. Nice that you can sometimes speak to a actual person.... bad cause if you have to leave a message it takes quite a long time to hear back from them.... and the paperwork they send out seems to always be behind or wrong...
