Best restaurant in the USA. Very good value for money (less than 40 dollars at 4). Very good. Good portions and yet I am a good eater (2 kebabs in France). Welcoming, smiling and very helpful staff. From the outside it doesn't look much, but you can go there with your eyes closed.
The service was impressive, everyone was super nice and made fun little jokes. The food was good. What I ordered didn't really suit my tastes, but I think it was pretty standard for most Chinese restaurants in the US.
Vegetarian options: The menu's "Vegetable" section looked vegetarian, maybe even vegan, but I don't recall anything being clearly marked.

Me and my family had been traveling around Colorado for about a week and this location was the highlight of our trip! Best sweet and sour pork we've EVER had, really good options for all types of diets (I keep kosher and veggie centric- tons of options for me), and weirdly enough the water was the best we've had too.
