We had the barbacoa tacos on corn tortillas with tomatillo sauce. They were amazing! We were waited on immediately, treated exceptionally well and if we lived her, we would eat her a LOT!! Wonderful!!!
Food is great! Their process of taking orders and filling them has a lot to be desired. They are great at taking two entree orders (at a time). We had a party of seven, and we swamped them. They stopped us after three entrees and asked us to wait until they filled them. So, it was impossible to have all of us eat together.
I grew up in Durango, and visited there the last week of September. Nini's is fantastic. The food, the owner, the staff all rock. I will absolutely be going back when I'm in town. Cheers!
