The store was busy but the staff was friendly and patient with my kids, they also had parking which was nice for downtown.
Great service and they didn't skimp out on the ice cream. Cake batter + heath 😋
Ice cream is great. HOWEVER: Two visits in a row - no waffle cones. Today no chocolate. No ice store should be without chocolate and vanilla. Staff did not seem to care. Very disappointing. Cold Stone had been our go to for ice cream in Durango for the last several summers. Now we are looking for alternatives.

Overall, a highly pleasurable experience with a great selection of ice creams.
