If you ever have the opportunity to visit Perbacco be prepared for the most amazing experience! After a long morning of sight seeing we stopped in for what we thought would be a quick slice of pizza. We ended up staying hours! The owner, Paolo, is THE KINDEST man! He brought us into the kitchen to show us how to make pizza, brought out different kinds and had us join his family at their table.
