Not bad! Overall vibe and atmosphere are cool, decent variety of beer and a liquor - including a few Japanese whiskies.
As for sushi - the nigiri are reasonably well prepared but a bit heavy on the rice; could use a little work. The variety of fish available is also limited to the basics, though they do have a specials list which had chu-toro this week.
When I stopped in it was very busy; definitely recommend a reservation. Service (hosting, bar, and kitchen) was also pretty slow with the restaurant nearly full.
In the grand scheme of things I give it a solid "B", but for Durango I think this is as good as one could hope for. Worth a shout.

What can I say about Pop Sushi that hasn't already been said. If you're near Durango and looking for some damn fine sushi, Pop is where ya wanna be, especially for Pop Hour (happy hour from 4p-5:30p), as they have great specials. I had an order of curry goat cheese wontons that were absolutely delicious, a Philly roll that was top notch, and THE BEST tuna nigiri I've ever had. It's probably the deepest red tuna I've ever seen, and it practically melted in my mouth! ?? I also scarfed down an order of the calamari and washed it down with a cold Kirin Ichiban. The service at the bar was fantastic, and the ambiance of the place is relaxed and inviting. If you're looking for great sushi, just do yourself a favor and go to Pop. I really don't see how you could be disappointed.
Parking: Parking is tight, as it's a little shopping center along with a gas station. When I got there 10 minutes before open, the lot was already packed.

Ordered for take out. Burnt inedible shishito peppers, and 4/5 rolls were rolled worse than grocery store sushi.
Sarah is an AMAZING server. She was so kind, patient, and attentive to our parties needs. It was extremely busy and she never seemed stressed or annoyed. The sushi is not the best in town but it IS the most affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant for people not looking to spend $100+ on a meal out on the town.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and Pop Sushi is one of the only places in town I trust. I have never experienced a gluten contamination at Pop Sushi

We ate ouside-outside dining. Kate was fabulous and very friendly and efficient. The salad and food was excellent which we enjoyed with a beer and a gin and tonic. Don't miss this place!
