“Run by an amazing crew Chalkboard kitchen is such a hidden Gem. They’ve been in their current location behind Anarchy Brewing in a small food truck for over three years and I can’t believe I just tried it. Their food is amazing… seriously one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!!“

“We stumbled upon this place when the place we had picked out was actually busy. The atmosphere is fantastic. Brick walls. Offset lighting. Fantastic ambience.

Serving staff was extremely professional. We had a serve by the name of Nick. But as we looked around the restaurant and noticed their entire staff and Chef crew in the back that you can see from your table are very professional. Very unique for a tourist town.

We chose the Chimayo bread for an appetizer. It was fantastic. Way better than Texas roadhouse dinner rolls with a very unique butter/honey Spread.

My wife shows the cauliflower steak. Extremely well prepared. Cauliflower was a 1 inch stick slice of cauliflower with roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini, wedge, tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and a very nice light seasoned sauce on top. Fantastic.

I chose the flatbread steak sandwich because of the reviews and the recommendation by the server. It was also fantastic. Made with their pizza dough. Stuffed with roasted bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, steak and a very nice sauce. Like a calzone except that the bread wasn't closed over. It was fantastic. .“

“I pick up lunch here for myself and multiple co-workers every week...Jesus and Leigh are the best!!! They always add an extra touch! Jesus is always happy to add anything you want to a slice and make sure you have what you want. Customers come first here! I have eaten pizza from all 3 is the Homeslice locations... To me, hands down, this one is the best!“

“We love visiting Durango and this was our first time to this coffee place. Driving long hours, I asked for a club soda for my motion sickness. The barista at the counter (so sorry I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and after paying, she came to me in the lobby and said she also gets car sick and gave me saltines. This was BEYOND customer service and honestly, so refreshing as a human being to feel such genuine kindness. Thank you for helping my day be better and we will be back!“
