It all starts with management
Just had a meal there. Ribs were cool, not hot, not even warm. Dry and tasteless. Their excuse for BBQ sauce is plain nasty and leaves a bad aftertaste. Mac and cheese was , I believe, a combination of library paste and Velveeta.
And no field greens. Any BBQ joint not serving field greens is a joke (certainly not serious). I have yet to encounter a decent BBQ joint west of the Mississippi. And I would love to be proven wrong.
I am from Texas and it’s not Texas bbq… brisket was salty with hardly any smoke taste, potato salad tasted like it was bought out of a grocery store, chipotle coleslaw only had the taste of raw cabbage, it was horrible, didn’t get to try the bbq sauce, because they leave bottles on table and flies were crawling all over the top,the cashier was rude, and it cost way to much money for it not to be any good… save your money (South one)
